I don't write negative reviews often until I really have a reason to and this is the second time that our Uber Eats order from this restaurant has disappointed. Last order, our desserts were melted (ice creams and apparently the restaurant didn't tell the driver so he kept in hot bag with hot food). Called the restaurant, and they blamed the driver and said he was informed. Not sure whose fault it actually was.Tonight is worse (driver and restaurant fault). We have dinner guests over from out of town so we ordered our dinner from here. We ordered the "Feature Pasta - Eggplant Parmigiana".. This was just a bunch of mushed-up eggplant with cheese and sauce. I called to let them know that they missed the pasta and only sent eggplant and was told "There is no pasta. It doesn't come with pasta. It's basically like a lasagna made out of eggplant and no pasta" Excuse me, what?! So it's sold as pasta but comes with no pasta?! That's extremely misleading. All 4 of us tried it and it was not good so in the garbage it went. We also ordered 3 pizzas and every single pizza came stuck to the top of the pizza box. The boxes were put upside down when the pizzas were made/hot. Total waste of over $100.00. Hubby is now driving to Famoso to get us all new dinner. We're so embarrassed even though it's not our fault.I will add that we've eaten in the restaurant a quite a times, and those were great but not sure it's worth ordering delivery anymore.
