I’m a local and ordered pizza from this location for a game day dinner. While waiting for my order, I noticed a warning sign directed at delivery drivers (DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats) saying they shouldn’t use their phones while waiting for their orders.
What the hell is going on? Who are you to tell people they can’t use their own phones? Other customers waiting for their food are allowed to use their phones, but delivery drivers aren’t? That’s completely unfair.
These drivers are working hard to make a living, and they deserve to be treated with the same respect as everyone else. They’re human too. I hope this business rethinks this policy and treats all customers and workers equally.

ordered on their app during open hours, paid and tipped with my credit card. Get called ten minutes later and told that their delivery driver went home, despite being open for deliveries and that could come pick it up myself which would mean i paid delivery and tipped for nothing. Also not to mention that the past few times I ordered I selected the leave at door option as strangers at the door make my dogs bark and its late. Despite this they sit outside of my door calling my phone and the dogs wake everyone up. This place needs management that cares.

I understand that Halloween can be a crazy night obviously people are not wanting to cook, would like to see teens being hired to off set the wait times, my daughter cannot find a job here in Sherwood park, why?

It seems to me like the quality of the pizza has gone down in the last few years. The last pizza I ordered from here was underwhelming. Won't order from this location again. There's a lot of other places in Sherwood Park that I haven't tried yet.
