Owner runs a really good buisness. Foods always delicious , ontime and he has a good heart on him. Very down to earth and genuine. Full marks. And that's coming from an extreme opposite opinion of pizza 73 prior to dealing with him. Not 1 complaint ever in many years now.

We ordered pizza and boneless wings, both tasted horrible and you could taste the old oil Oliver the honey garlic sauce in the wings, the pizza was way off from other pizza 73 locations

Had a horrible experience at Pizza 73. I went to pick up an order for a friend, gave the lady my name, and received the pizza. While inquiring about sauces, an older East Indian man rudely interrupted, grabbed my order, and demanded proof via the app. Even after explaining it was for a friend and already having given the name, he insisted on a screenshot. Ridiculous. He returned the order without any apology after I complied. Unprofessional behavior like this is unacceptable. Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service.
Over the years we've tended to shy away from pizza 73 and try more gourmet/less franchised options. However, recently we have revisited Pizza 73, namely the one on Strathcona Drive. Every time, we have received quality, tasty food. Their pizza has actually converted a non pizza lover to one who enjoys it. The service is friendly and we would recommend this location!
