Picking lunch order up for work ordered 1 person ahead of me left orderd from other restaurants cam back still not ready said only charged for 1 so re billed me then after 20 min or so just started preparing donair watched 3 people wait in line then just leave as weren't even addressed for 10 +

Have tried ordering multiple times through out the last year. Each time, no delivery unless you go through skip the dishes. On skip the dishes every item on their menu increases in price by at least 5 dollars. Called 2 different locations today alone, the first location told me to call back as they were to busy to take my call. The second location I called hung up on me and began texting me instead. Horrible way to manage a store. Will never try to order from them again.

I'm not from Sherwood Park but work in the area. I've been trying different Donair shops in the area and we'll, today was PrimeTime.I have to say my meal was excellent and service was quick and friendly. I ordered a regular beef Donair with fries and gravy. Gravy was hot, thickness was good and flavours were on point. Fries lacked seasoning but with the gravy it was a mute point.The Donair itself came in a moist shell that was filled with nothing but good flavours. The only thing I'll critique (which is a personal preference) is the Donair meat was chopped up into smaller chunks. I prefer them to be in longer trips as this helps the Donair hold together better. But all in all, I don't have any reasons to not come here again. 4 stars out of 5 for me.
