I would give no stars on service if that was an option. I placed an order this evening for 2 large subs, for pickup. Paid by credit card online. My husband arrived about 3 minutes later than the website said the order would be ready, but it hadn't even been started. Not a big problem, he sat down and waited for it. Eventually the employee gave him the order in a sealed bag. It wasn't until he got back home that we saw there was only one sub in the bag. He called the location and the girl who had served him answered. He told her the problem and she said, yes she knew that. It was because they didn't have any Queso sauce for the Queso Philly we had ordered so she couldn't make one. Flippin' heck! Seems it would have been too hard to TELL him that while he was there? So he could have ordered a substitute? He told her he wanted a credit issued for the "missing" sub and she mumbled something about her manager. Hopefully the manager will issue a credit. Either way, I will probably NOT be ordering from here again.

The person completely screwed us over here. Ordered a sub specifically with saute-ed mushrooms and onions. Seemed to be okay, they were making the sandwich, and the person next to me ordered a flatbread pizza and was told they didnt have mushrooms. They didnt tell me that they were out of it and began working on it. Complete incompetence by the worker. Completely dismissed me like i was nothing, and had the audacity to ask for a big tip. Never going here again

Very disappointing, having not been to Quiznos for sometime we thought we would pop in to grab lunch. The person starting the subs never once changed her gloves in between sandwiches, I did ask her to and she did for me, this after seeing her make four different meat sandwiches for all different people and not wiping the board down between either. (shouldn't have to ask--CROSS CONTAMINATION) I got the veggie and guac, very mediocre with the toppings, less than fresh. My lunch companion asked for the classic italian and was told they had no spicy capicole, so he chose the chipotle steak and cheddar. The chipotle had zero flavor, the meat was slimy, he couldn't even finish the sub. Overall would not recommend at all!! In fact this has put us off Quiznos all together. (overall cleanliness was lacking)

Sub was decent but it was cleanliness of restaurant that initially caught my attention. The place needs to maintain better standards. And please tell your staff to change gloves after each sub especially considering they make a sub then go to cash register check out that customer by touching machines then with same gloves start another sub…nasty! Like how hard is it make a sub takeoff your gloves check that person out put on a new pair of gloves to serve another customer….and it should be common practice at any restaurant to clean knife (give a good wipe) after cutting a sub before cutting another especially if one customer is ordering a vegetarian sub, vegetarians typically do not like their food coming in contact with meat.

Stopped in for a sub, they were busy with online orders but service was pretty quick. Sub was loaded with meat and veggies which was a change from a few months ago even for the special. Very happy with that. They even accommodated a small change on the menu which was a nice surprise. The ladies definitely changed my opinion of the store with today's order. Will be back again.

I come in sometimes for the daily special, which is still expensive for the quantity. But what really burns me is being asked for a tip for takeout fast food. Worse yet is it's set up so that I have to manually type in 0% like everyone else before me. I don't want to tip for takeout service and I don't want to touch your damn machine. Won't be back anytime soon.

From the bathroom, tables, roof, floors and fountain drink dispenser, the place is very dirty. Makes you question the food/kitchen area. I personally would avoid this restaurant. Even if you have to stop to use the washroom, just walk over to canadian tire atleast they have air conditioning.
When I was ordering 1 employee was helping a customer and the other just stood and swept not paying attention to anything while there was 3 people in line. Chicken on my sub was dry and gross, veggies were old and just overall not good. When I go to the ft McMurray location it is 500x better service and food quality. It's a shame cause Quiznos are becoming tougher to find but the people who run this store do such a terrible job here. I've tried 4 times nows hoping it'd get better but it's worse every time. Give up the franchise to someone who actually gives a damn and will provide good service and quality product. I'd give 0/5 stars if I could . HORRIBLE

I had flatbread pizza , well more like paper t pizza. The bread was so paper thin , extremely skimpy on ALL toppings, very small, shrink flation for you Definitely not worth $8 something , way Overpriced. Don’t waste your money, worst flatbread paper pizza I ever had

Food is semi-decent, but when I walked in there were no other customers and every one of the 10 tables were dirty with food and garbage. When asked to wipe them none of the staff seemed interested or willing to do so. Ended up eating in my vehicle instead. Staff were busy listening to wireless headphones. Garbages were full to overflowing in both bathrooms. Women’s sink backed up and men’s sink filthy. Toilet paper just balanced on top of the dispensers rather than actually being put on the rollers. Both toilets filthy. Please avoid at all costs.
