We ordered 54 individual two topping pizzas, all with different toppings. Krumal and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job of getting the pizzas made and ready on time. Iāve bought pizza here every couple of weeks the past year, and itās always been a great experience! The pizza tastes great, comes out fast (20 minutes tops), the restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. The pickup specials are really great value as well, which makes red swan a decently cheap place to eat out with a few people (can easily get under $8 per person if sharing large pizzas). Would highly recommend!

I love this location and their staff! I made a mistake to my order and didnāt realize until everything was done. They were so kind and offered to make the mistake right away. They fixed it for me even though Iām sure it cost them money. I very much appreciated their kindness as we had a group of hungry guys at home waiting. Thanks again Red Swan Sherwood Park!

WOW! Is the pizza dough/crust ever light ! Iāve never enjoyed a pizza crust more. The toppings were scrumptious too, and the pizza guy here in Shwd Pk was ever do pleasant. Today was my first visit / first experience with Red Swan Pizza and now I can guarantee you, theyāre my new favourite pizza place.

I ordered from Red Swan Pizza through Uber Eats on August 9, today. The pizza dough was undercooked, uneven, and the food arrived cold. When I called to report the issue, I expected a solution such as a replacement as I waited for an hour for this order. Instead, the manager, Kunal, told me I should āorder from another store or locationā (bcoz I didn't order from Millwoods location which was only 2 mints near to my location) rather than addressing the problem. This is not only unhelpful, but shows a complete lack of customer service skills.
A managerās role is to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met, but in this case, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Ignoring complaints instead of fixing them is a failure in both leadership and management. If a food business cannot serve properly cooked food and handle basic customer concerns, it reflects poorly on the entire brand. I hope the company takes steps to train staff and managers to handle complaints respectfully and to maintain food quality standards. Until then, I will be ordering from elsewhere. PS. I was fan of sesame seed dough that was the only reason for Red Swan but now they showed such behaviour I m not anymore ordering neither recommending to my friends.
Not the friendliest staff. But the pizza was top notch. Just a little pricey, but worth it! The seating wasn't overly inviting or comfortable. Nothing more than a place to sit and wait.

Store is filthy. We ordered online and was told a 20 min wait. Walked in the door just after the 20 min wait. Waited over another 20 mins and still no pizza. They offered a free can of pop. After arguing for over 5 minutes they finally offered something free. A medium pizza. This is NOT the way to run a business. Asked numerous times to speak to the manager who refused to come to the front counter
