Same stuff as the rest of the reviews. Waited over an hour for my order, so called. Said it was delivered but it most definitely was not. So get a skip credit in 24-48 hours lol.Update*** never got my refund?This place is definitely an absolute joke of an establishment.

We had placed order through skip the dishes. Requested one burger to not have cheese as we have a milk allergy in the household. After waiting over an hour for 2 burgers, they both showed up with cheese. Special instructions on the one burger requested no cheese to be added, but it was ignored and added. Trying to contact the restaurant is impossible, generic switchboard with options that lead you to voicemails. We paid over 20 dollars for a cold burger that we can’t even eat. Will not order from here again, scabby business. DO NOT ORDER AND SUPPORT THIS TERRIBLE PLACE

Dietary restrictions: Asked for no cheese due to milk allergy, after waiting over hour for 2 burgers, they both showed up with cheese. My wife could not eat her 23 dollar burger and contacting the restaurant was impossible.

Terrible. I ordered through skip. Took an absurd amount of time for the food to be delivered. Food was cold and soggy. Never order from here. Never tasted a burger that tasted so bad so that didn’t help things.

Ordered through skip. 1.5 hours later food finally showed up cool and soggy and was nothing but a let down. 10/10 would not recommend. Skip should remove from there site.

Very very disappointed, food was low Quality and soggy. Took over an hour to get food. Will never order from this location again and who ever reads this DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ITS TERRIBLE. I feel like I was robbed

Terrible terrible food, never order from them. They have a high Skip Score but don't be deceived, it's not good at all. Food took almost two hours to arrive, it was cold and tasted disgusting. This place shouldn't be allowed to operate as a restaurant.

Ordered through skip the dishes. Order took 1.5hr to get to me. Then when it arrived, the driver left my food in the snow outside. Food was cold.

We previously had ordered from here and have been happy. However, this time, instead of the pickled slaw, the pulled pork sliders were covered with a tiny amount of grey and brownish colored expired coleslaw that I would not feed to my dogs.

My coworkers and I ordered lunch from River City Eats. Not only were the prices very steep, the food was not great. The broccoli cheddar soup was too watery, no flavour, and had very little cheese. It definitely did not feel like the restaurant made this soup from scratch. As well, the fries (both potato and sweet potato) were overcooked. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I ordered off skip and I talk to the manager after 2 hours and he said the delivery driver was picking up my order. I’m 4 blocks away now 45 min later the restaurant is closed. They have stole my money. No one will answer the phone. Don’t order from this restaurant they are a SCAM

WELL - I ordered off skip and let me tell you did it take a while to get my order. I ordered from here because Skip said it would be about 20-30 minutes and I waited for over an hour to get it. It was cold and soggy. Had to call multiple times to see where my order was at. The customer service person I talked to was very friendly and understanding.

Ordered what looked like a good meal. I used skip, although the restaurant uses their own delivery person. Not a big deal. But when it’s been close to an hour and a half since I placed the order and it’s still not here, not impressed. Called the restaurant, they said the order is ready and has been bagged for the last 10-15 minutes. That was 15 mins ago…….. 20 mins later…order arrives….Needless to say the food arrived cold and soggy. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, hoping a dine experience would be better.

"This restaurant manages its own delivery." The implication there being that the food would actually be delivered.

I'm sure the food would have tasted fine if I had actually received it. When I called 40 minutes after receiving a text saying that "my courier has been dispatched" I was told the driver did in fact deliver to the right address. Whatever, SkipTheDishes gave me a refund and I'll be steering clear of this ghost kitchen in the future.
