Came here thinking it was still Roma Donair but it’s no longer. Although the fellow at the front was nice and friendly, $16+ for their jumbo donair with cheese is criminal. I have had “regular” donairs that have more meat and every “super” donair I’ve had has had more meat. The jumbo at Famous just down the street will easily have twice the meat and is a bit cheaper. The meat itself is okay, not the best by far, but the price point of this one will keep me from coming back.

This has been our favorite donair place for months. Come here very regularly and have never been disapointed. Until today. The new people here have changed it. I called with my regular order and was told there had been menu changes. Then I ordered two donair combos. Fries were missing and the donairs were cold. The Pita was dry, hard and very floury. Seriously don't even want to eat this garbage. It is gross. What happened to this place.

If you loved Roma, save yourself the disappointment, this is definitely not Roma quality anymore. Donairs are so small now with very little meat. We've tried it twice since the change to Premium Pizza and Donair and it's been disappointing both times. Sad to see Roma is gone, it was our favorite for years.

Took my order and applied an extra $13 charge for delivery, but then called back and refused to deliver to our address.Disappointing.If you can't/won't deliver to me, then don't bother taking the order. Your apology won't feed me.
The last two times the pizza was dry and stale with sparse toppings. The last pizza was like on that was reheated from previous day. The cheese was darker than the crust. Is it the new people doing the cooking?I have enjoyed your Windsor style pizzas in the past but now the quality has been awful. Please return to the old way that made yours one of the best in Sherwood Park.

This is for the owner of what used to be a great pizza. This is the second time we have had a dry and stale pizza with sparse toppings. It is almost like the pizza was a reheated leftover from the weekend. The cheese was darker than the crust and just as tough. Go back to the old way of making pizza that you demonstrated two years ago.

We just got here and haven’t been served the food yet, but were greeted immediately by who I presume is the owner or member of the family who owns the shop, and was very thorough with taking our order and making the food fresh. A large selection of drinks and also incredibly clean and organized restaurant and seating area. I believe they deserve a bigger and easier to find place as it is a funny drive to get here! Will come here instead of some of the other donair shops to support the owner.
