Being a second cup customer for 3 years came at this location for a latte One of those Asian staff members said that they don't participate in the rewards program which is annoying. Having a points card and money on it. I can't use my points card or my rewards program. so disappointing I have to get my coffee from Starbucks

Bad experience. The lady there was rude and she even talked back at me and my daughter. My daughter wanted to pay with coins and they said she didn’t have enough money.I went back to pay with the same coins and was given back change.

The customer service here was an abomination. You would think one of the first things any person trained in a service job would know the cardinal rule is to not be rude to the people in or around your store.. Maybe it's hard for the girl who practically lipped me off to determine who is a customer and who isn't seeing as to the sheer volume of traffic coming through Millennium Place. If that's the case, however, the young woman should find a job elsewhere in my opinion. Treat people how you wanted to be treated is what I learned growing up. Rant over.
