If I could give this second cup zero stars I would. Staff continuous make drinks wrong. I had a rework of a latte and they still made it wrong. Please take the time to retrain your staff. It’s a disappointment.

The store was pretty much empty, few cars in the drive thru, but for some reason it took 15 minutes to make my drink. Not very convenient at all.

I've been a regular at second cup and yesterday was the very first unpleasant encounter I had. The lady that has a short dyed hair in the drive thru was really snarky and rude.

I love this place, i find the staff pretty good for the most part, but recently I bought a lunch wrap and iced coffee. I can’t even describe the taste of both. I threw the wrap out first bite and never drank the coffee. I’ve never had this experience before. Sucks because i spent $15 on both items.. I would like to try again but im not sure if i will.
Firstly, Canadian owned company so always bonus points for this. Our order was $2 cheaper here than S.Bucks and had MUCH more flavour. Another bonus...plastic straws!!. No soggy toxic glue and cardboard in your drink gets extra stars. Service was really friendly.To the owner of this site, please update your speaker system and drive thru menu. The speaker quality is awful for both server and customer making it hard to ensure orders are correct and the outdoor menu is hard to read through the weathered/yellowed film.

Always loved Second Cup and this location does not disappoint. Drinks are made fresh quickly and to order.When we first brought our puppy home we were offered a dog treat. Pup cups are now part of the order. ?

Once upon a time I used to visit this location twice a day. Then once a week, now never again. Service is terrible and product has gotten worse. Partly the new owner and also Second cup corporate.You lost my business to Starbucks.Losing customers while cutting costs doesn’t seem like a winning business plan.I’ve given many chances to redeem this location but they don’t seem to have any interest in improving.I knew the old owner but can’t say I’ve even seen the current owner. That says a lot.
