I’d give zero stars if I could. The customer service was horrible. I came in when they weren’t busy and wanted to use the washroom before ordering. There were three young ladies standing around chatting. I asked for the key and one of the girls looked at me and rudely said “it’s for customers only”. I was taken aback at her tone and the fact that she was insinuating that I was not a customer. I’m the most basic white girl there is. I am their main customer demographic. I explained they can give me the key and I will spend money there or they can refuse to give me the key and I will not spend money there. Then one of the other girls said again “it’s for customers only. Are you going to buy something?” And I had to roll my eyes because what did I just say? She tossed the key across the counter at me and turned away and said “you don’t have to be rude!” I told her that they were being rude and treating potential customers like criminals is a great way to make sure I don’t spend money here. The one who tossed the key at me said “then don’t”. So I said “ok” and walked away. Absolutely horrible business practice. This is Sherwood Park, not downtown Edmonton. Someone asks for the key you give it to them with a smile. That is what CREATES customers. Most people operate on the honor system and will buy something if the washroom is for customers only. But no one likes to be treated like a criminal by snarky young girls for asking for the key before they purchase something. Those girls need to be retrained, clearly.

Service became super sloooow now. I asked where Michael is, the philipino barista that I think is the only one doing a fantastic and consistent job, and the girl said she doesn't know any Michael?? It seems like they changed management. Latte tastes like burnt milk for the past 3 visits.. bad for a $7 latte

Best coffee, friendly service, not Starbucks-level pretentious. Debit doesn't auto-guilt you into tipping 20% for a cup of coffee so you feel good about leaving some change in the tip jar. I wish there were more of them.

Purchased a wild blueberry scone. Watched as barista took it out of the plastic wrap and put in a brown bag then handed to me. Without looking in bag I took a bite. I was immediately hit with an awful moldy taste. Looked in bag and scone was covered in mold. I immediately told barista who was very apologetic and I feel handled as best she could and refunded me. The experience was so gross - won’t be back.

If I could give this second cup zero stars I would. Staff continuous make drinks wrong. I had a rework of a latte and they still made it wrong. Please take the time to retrain your staff. It’s a disappointment.

The store was pretty much empty, few cars in the drive thru, but for some reason it took 15 minutes to make my drink. Not very convenient at all.
Place is nice , but they do not use the stuff as customer said , and you guys do not buy the things by your own pocket !!! , please if someone said extra , it means extra … price is high and the quality is 2 grade …
