What did you do to your beef burgers, they taste terrible now. I used to love Smash burger because it was real burgers. They taste terrible now. Quality is important over being cheap. Walmart patties are better.

The worst meal I've ever had. Literally soaked in grease. The brussel sprouts were swimming in grease. The burger was soggy with grease. I've had Smashburger before and this was horrible. It's shameful this is the product that was sent out. It all went into the garbage. What a waste

Out of all the burger joints that are step above the regular fast food joint Smashburger is probably my favorite. I didn't get the fountain drink I paid for the last time I was there though.

Wow, been driving by since it was built - finally ate here, glad I did. Good food value, despite the messy, spicy jalapeño burger drippy but so damn good. For a few bucks more than a Big Arch, you can get a burger 5 times better and barely wait much longer. I don't say it often, but I can't wait to get back here and try something else. I will probably go out of my way a bit to do so.

Worth the wait, awesome food and very nice staff. Customers with inpatient attitudes make it worse than it has to be, if they get backed up just give it a minute. Again awesome food with very reasonable prices.

stopped in for lunch while we were passing through the other day. Prices were very reasonable. a little bit more than fast food but the quality was 100 times better. Service was good and quick. this will be our new go to burger place anytime we’re passing through.

Got a lunch take out for my partner and I, two combos with milkshakes, cost 50+$ they messed up my burger by forgetting a few add ons they charged me for. It was takeout for a lunch date with the bag stapled. Pretty disappointing considering the cost.

Quite expensive. Fries were ok - VERY little salt if any. But most disappointing was the burger. Ordered 2 kids meals. 1 cheese burger plain, the other ketchup & mayo only. I repeated- she told Mr kids burger are plain so that is special order which is fine. Get it to go. Completely plain on 2nd burger. Even verifying the special order.
