Walk in all tables are filled with dishes and filthy. Food comes cold, butter won't even melt on pancakes or toast. Wrong toast came out to begin with, re ordered, supposed fresh toast is cold! Then of course they get attitude because we stated we would prefer a hot meal. Horrible service. Horrible and cold food!

Such a great ? atmosphere! The service is wonderful, and the restaurant is not crowded. It feels like you're in Baff with the murals and the interior design! Had a wonderful and relaxing meal! ? Food is delicious ? I just wish the chicken fingers weren't so dry. There is tons of parking outside really close to the entrance.

The food took quite a while to come out even though it was not busy, but when the food did come out, it was very well cooked, and it tasted great. The waitress was very friendly and came back to check on us frequently.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible with wide sliding doors and no stairs

Terrible. I recently ate at a different location in Edmonton. Their food was delicious. Same meal ordered, but at Sherwood Park location was disgusting.So very disappointed. Threw it on the garbage and carried on hungry as that was the better option. So so so gross.

Waited for 10 mins to be seated, ended up having to go in the back to find someone to seat us. The waitress was very rude, she was too busy on her phone to check on us to make sure everything was ok. We even had to tell her that there was another customer waiting to be seated. Not sure if we will be back!!!
Stayed at the hotel with familly and had dinner at Smitty’s. We had great service and tasty food! Meatballs fettuccine is highly recommended!

Ordered steak sandwich, fries, gravy. Steak had to much char, fries were dry, small or the dregs of a basket, and gravy was obviously from a package (not home made) very disappointed. Not going to be visiting here again.

Pre Ordered my breakfast to go. Waited a long time still. Got my pancakes raw and runny in the middle. Went back for a refund and was told they are unable to be provided one. I wont be going here again. Ruined my morning.

Went to have breakfast at 7 am and it was closed, doesn’t open until 9 am. This restaurant is in a hotel so you’d think it would open a lot earlier. People start work long before that, so it must be frustrating for anyone staying there and haven’t to find breakfast somewhere else, pretty sad actually. I know I’ll be spending my money elsewhere, if the restaurant opens early, that’s where I’ll be, jut saying!!
