If you want a 5 day old cake thats made with whipped cream icing (that has a 2-3 day timelimit in most bakerys) shop here oh and they also put the date on the bottom of the cake container so you cant even check it without tipping the cake completly over and ruining it. Could only check it once opened and saw it was packaged on the 17th even asked if they were fresh first ??

My 5 star review is for Cashier Zoe M. Entirely my fault but there was an issue with my credit card payment and then a return. Zoe was patient and tried multiple times to help, calling her manager 2-3 times and the owner. It's got all resolved in the end. Didn't get my item needed or the impulse cookie buy but got my money back and shout out to Zoe with dealing with a flustered customer (me). Job well done! Thank you.

Used to be our go to grocery store, but the store has really gone downhill.
Consistently does not have the items advertised in the flyer, made the mistake of trying to go on the first Tuesday of the month, (June 4), items on the front page of the flyer aren't anywhere to be found, they won't even offer rainchecks anymore.
Really frustrating

Solid grocery shopping experience. The store maintains a clean and organized environment, making it easy to find what you need. The shelves are well-stocked with a variety of products, ensuring that you can complete your shopping without hassle. While there's nothing particularly unique or extraordinary about this location, it meets the standard expectations for a good grocery store. However, Superstore or Costco might have a much larger selection. Additionally, there are barely any organic products in this store.

Very pleased with this store. Prices are fairly high, but other than that, fairly good. One of the young workers, Hunter, was very insightful and helpful. He assisted me in finding the things I needed, and even offered to help me carry my groceries out of the store. That young man is going places in life! Overall, very lovely store, quite clean and organized, I will definitely be back!

The best grocery store service in Sherwood Park.

I stopped in at Sobeys Lakeland Ridge to pickup ONE item. The quality of the fruit I wanted was dismal so I didn't purchase any. On my way out, I stopped by the Lottery booth but it was taking too long for the lottery I was interested in to show up on the screen so I left. Actually, I TRIED to leave but this guy stands in the middle of the aisle and stops me. ✋🏼🤚🏼 I told him I didn't buy anything and instead of asking if I was able to find everything I was looking for he asks, "can I look in your bag?" I said of course and opened it. Since I didn't lie and I don't steal there wasn't anything in my bag for him to see except for my wallet and the mail I picked up before I started my walk so he waved me on. No apology for the insult. When I got home I looked in the mirror but nobody suspicious looked back so I don't know why Sobeys would accuse me of stealing!🧕🏻

$22 for milk, apples and bananas. You criminals should be ashamed.

This is my run in for a few things store...sometimes I will grab the hot deli pizza to go...but...do they not realize when you stack 2 hot pieces on each other they are going to stick together.....
