We often used the Soup and Sandwich Co for our business lunches. They are always more than willing to accommodate our requests. Always professional, friendly service, food is delicious and always prepared correctly. I highly recommend!

First time in here and am disappointed. Sandwich was decent and soup was alright. Customer service is another story. Customer ahead of me got great service and both workers were more than friendly and happy to see him. My turn next and immediately the girl who wasn’t even serving me walks up and makes a gross face and comments on my hoodie and not in a nice friendly way. The girl who was serving me seemed annoyed that I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and when I paid, and tipped which I wish I didn’t now, I said thank you and didn’t even get a you’re welcome or have a great day. I could have acted the way both workers did and criticized their appearance or clothing as the one did to me, but I have respect for others, even the ones who don’t have respect for me. Being that it was my first time in, I can tell you it will be my last. This is not the only soup and sandwich business out there and I sure don’t need to drive out of the city to get it.

Great food. Terrible employees. Rude. Not just once. Every single time for a total of 6 times. Wife went today to grab sandwich's for us while I was sick at home.

Same damn thing and we're outgoing people 😂. Yeah.... not going back. You want friendly hospitality? Go downtown to Steve's Famous Sandwich. Where they treat you with respect and are happy with your service.

Regulars seem to get the better treatment from the bigger lady working.

Go somewhere else.

What a great lunch stop. They catered an office lunch for us and it was amazing. Food was awesome and everyone loved it all. Keep up the great work guys, you are killing it :)

That perfect little hole in the wall lunch restaurant. Excellent sandwiches made with real ingredients, really yummy soup! Great price for the food. Located toward the end of broadmoore. Close to flying j. Highly recommend you give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I was on a quest to find another soup place close by when I stumbled upon this one. How have I lived in Sherwood Park my whole life and never eaten here?!? I'm celiac so can't comment on the sandwiches but the jalapeno carrot soup was so delicious it was for sure the best soup I have ever had. I bought a frozen Dill Pickle soup and can't wait to try it. Everyone working was so nice. I will definitely be back here. It's freaking delicious.

WOW! Where has this amazing little shop been my whole life!? The staff are some of the sweetest, kindest, most genuine people I have ever met and man can they make a delicious sandwich... and soup! I have the combo every time I am in because I just cannot pass up on the delicious homemade soups that warm my soul. The sandwiches are so hearty, stuffed, and made with love; just like the way mom used to make. Thank you gals from the bottom of my heart for making my visits a welcoming special experience each and every time. I truly cannot say enough good things about this shop. Please check them out if you haven't already, you do not know what you are missing out on.

My sandwich was quite good.
However, for an $11 sandwich, there being a $1.50 charge per slice of cheese is ridiculous. I can certainly understand paying for extra cheese but a singular slice of cheese should be included in the price of a sandwich.

You know a place is good when you make an excuse to be in the area so you can have lunch there. I recently discovered Soup and Sandwich and every meal has been absolutely stellar. The ingredients are abundant and fresh every time. They do not skimp on making your sandwich hearty! The soups are homemade and flavourful. The staff are always pleasant and so helpful. I had wanted sourdough originally, but one of the staff looked at their sour dough and recommended to choose something else at that time because the slices were smaller than ideal. I greatly appreciate that honesty! Coming here is like a warm hug. Thank you for creating such a great place for lunch and conversation!
