As a new resident of the area, I was looking for a new place to hangout and watch the games. This was my 2nd visit in 4 days at this location.Our server informed us that the food might take a little longer as there was new staff in the kitchen. We were fine with that as we were in no rush and came to watch the game.I ordered the beef dip. It took a little while to get it but nothing dramatic. The issue was that I was served the Philly cheese sandwich instead. I mentioned it to our server and said I just wanted to let her know so the new staff in the kitchen could use that as a learning experience. I didn’t want to have it replaced so no food would be wasted.Our server then brought over a lady named Aelm, not a manager but the employee with the most seniority we were told.As I told her what was wrong her answer to me was that I GOT SOMETHING BETTER THAN WHAT I HAVE ORDEREDI was floored by the audacity and lack of respect this lady had towards a paying customer that only wanted to use the situation so the people at the back would learn.Fortunately our waitress was nice and tried to make up for the situation we were having.I eat out at restaurants more than I should. This was the first time I was treated with such ignorance by a staff member. I was disgusted and in disbelief.I don’t think that Aelm is where she should be. And the owners should be made aware as there seem to be other issues with her (we were told)

Only got three orders, and my girlfriend only got two orders before they gave us our bills without giving us the chance to order more. Took us over 2.5 hours in order to get my three orders with less then 12 people in the

I love their food.?? Can never go wrong ordering the garlic sticks. You have to try them with their famous dill sauce. Delicious! Ribs are the best! Staff is very friendly and are always smiling. Check it out. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed ???? ?Parking: Lots of parking

Not good. The ribs were tough, the burger was bland, and the tv was way too loud. Also they have bad reception on the tv so it would cut out and be completely silent at random intervals. We won't be going back.
