I ordered a decaf at 7 pm yesterday. The fact that I'm writing this review at 4am without having slept a minute so far tells me that I might have gotten regular coffee. I just won't bother having a drink in the afternoon any more at Starbucks.

The rudest people i have ever met in my life! Was just browsing at the cups and was yelled at by 2 workers for touching the shelf to check what cup was behind the one in front. I left and will never be purchasing from Starbucks again.

This Starbucks is MENTAL level busy whenever I'm here and I feel so bad for the staff to have to deal with that all day. They are all fantastic and the drinks are always made perfectly.

New holiday drink menu launches and within a day Sherwood Park locations are out of Oat milk. Par values for supply orders should have been adjusted way in advance for drinks that now come with alternative milk by default. All around disappointing trying numerous locations without success. This comes as added frustration as my previous visit left me with a Venti that had less substance than a Grande should.Ended up grabbing a coffee at Roasti instead and wow, MUCH better coffee all around. If you really want to treat yourself, try Roasti instead of the sugary disappointment that Starbucks has been lately.
