I ordered Iced brown sugar oat shaken esp but they gave me a weird drink with solid white stuff at the bottom, I asked for remake and they just shake my drink more to make it less visible, I always order this kind of drink that's why this is weird.

Starbucks, no matter where you go, is a place where you can get a consistent product. A k p r argued that it they cost a little bit more and that they're kind of hottie toddy, and maybe they are, but they bring you along for the ride and they provide a quality product, a beverage that satisfies and yeah, it is a part of our regular dating activity even when we're married.

Every time I’ve been here they are always personable and inviting. I especially love the patio with much more space than the other locations. They’re also all doing their best here. Sure they’ve had to close earlier than normal the past month and had some staff issues but if you actually talk to them about it instead of being keyboard Karens you’d know they had a large amount of employees go on various leaves all around the same time. You can tell some people who write these reviews haven’t worked a day of retail in their life. Still the best Starbucks in town in my opinion.

High turnover in staff, often short staffed resulting in long waits. Inside sales was closed yesterday, only drive thru available.

This Beaver Brook Starbucks, used to be excellent. They never seemed to open after 6PM anymore. Further closing some days all together. The websites and google still have them listed as open 930 PM or 1030PM.
If Starbucks cannot bother with this location they should close this i which was one of the early Starbuck locations in the Edmonton area, (Sherwood Park)
It closed early, i contacted my friend and met somewhere else.

Their drive through is horrifically slow every time I go so I normally order for in store pickup. Today I was driving a larger than normal vehicle and made absolutely sure to order it for in store pickup. Imagine my surprise when it says drive through only after I get there with a notification that my drinks are ready. Now I’m stuck in there slow drive through in a huge truck (it’s been 15 minutes already) and I know my drinks are melting.
