Staff are always friendly. Wait time can vary a lot though depending on when you go and what the drink/food order of the people in front of you is. I've definitely had times where I have waited 15 min+ in the drive-thru here, but I know the staff are hustling to get the drinks out. Sometimes it is quicker just to park and go in.

$17 for 2 medium drinks is robbery .$1 for lactose milk it's only $2 difference on a 2 liters of milk but the cup costs them $1 disappointing and dissatisfaction.

This place is awesome. The inside has lots of seating and the workers do amazing at keeping it clean and looking fresh. Food and drinks are always great, but the best part is the drive thru, the workers are all sweet but this one lady specifically with an accent and grey hair is such a sweetheart omg. She remembers me every time cuz i come every morning and she says it makes her morning to see me smiling. What a sweet woman!! I tip her every time i can, she deserves a raise lol ;)

The workers here come off as ignorant and rude. I asked politely not once not twice not three but four whole times for just an iced dark mocha. The lady heard me all 3/4 times and proceeded to ignore what I was saying and make the same hot white mocha. Also she went to talk to her coworkers regarding me asking for the same thing 3 times, as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

Overall clean and friendly staff, but being asked to leave because they need to close the cafe section without explanation and when they have several staff there is strange.

By far one of the worst Starbucks locations I've been to. The girl taking the order cut my off 3 times and still had to repeat my order over and over. They made it wrong still. Poor service and very poor attitude. Both girls were rude.*EditI've returned to this location and the girl Elen wouldn't even greet me or take my order. EXTREMELY RUDE. Will be contacting management. Natalia was the other who made the drink. She wasn't near as rude this time.
