The staff are wonderful. They were polite and very accommodating.
This is by far the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Ever. Nine times out of ten (and I am not exaggerating) they get my drink order wrong. I give them the benefit of the doubt every single time and they consistently make it incorrectly, even after I confirm the order back to them. This place has a huge lack of attention to detail and I am extremely disappointed.
