Tried to go into the restaurant and it was locked so we opted to go the Drive-thru route. We waited in a long line only to have a lady stop on the road and tell us that the restaurant is closed and she had only found out after waiting in line for 10 minutes herself. There was no signage indicating it wasn't open today and Google indicated it was open. If this was a one time thing, stuff happens but I've experienced it more than once at this location... Recently found out there was a gas leak at this location... maybe a note next time but understandable why they were closed.

Love this place I just wish there was more parking and more seating area. And comfier seating. When sitting it's hard to have personal conversation as there isn't much seating and everyone is sitting shoulder to shoulder almost.
Dietary restrictions: AIP. I love that they have coconut milk as I can't have any other options.

Every barista greeted us when we came in. Our order was taken quickly, there was a free sample available which was delicious, and a barista offered my son a free Frappuccino as it was made by accident. ** This was the end of my main experience which I was in the middle of giving 5 stars UNTIL my son spilled the hot chocolate we ordered all over the table, the floor, and himself! It took a minute for a cloth to be handed over (they became very busy), and a woman who was on her laptop came and helped us clean up. She must have been the owner or manager. I wish I got her name as she was wonderful. She got my son a new hot chocolate, which had extra chocolate sauce on it, and a barista came over with a free cake pop for him! Honestly, they were already getting 5 stars and after this if I could give another 5 I would!

Just want to say there are two girls that stand out and keep me coming back and that’s Emerson and Brooke. They both personalize my experience by knowing my name and order. I’ve dealt more Emerson and talk about someone who goes out of her way to ensure my order is right even when the system/app is down she makes it right! I’ve never experienced better customer service! These girls are assets to this location!
My wife went in and grabbed me a “small” americano. The lady grabbed a medium cup, dropped a single shot and filled the rest with water-no room for cream and no asking if we wanted room for cream.
I tasted my watered down shot and went back to ask to remake it, but in a small cup. A new girl said “We can’t do this in a. Small cup” so, trying to get along, I said okay, just only fill it to half and I’ll add the cream. She said “you can’t have cream, we do it all behind counter now(-2 for this stupidity alone) She gave me my new coffee and it was white. Completely white. There was more cream than water. Moral of the story, if you are serving coffee, learn how to make coffee. I left it on the counter, waved my money goodbye and left.
