Great building but when I got burnt because the lid on the drink they gave kept popping off no matter how you grabbed they did nothing I had to ask for a new lid. Then came back I after going to my vechile and had to change the cup because the lid would not stay on and found the cup rim disfigured.
When I cam back in staff laughed as they realized I had come back and I explained the cup was the issue eing the rim was damaged. Literally got qscalding burn on my hand with no apology till I came back in and barely that. Just bad manners and lack of knowledgeable service.

It was all good, but recently they started burning coffee, so today and a week ago I got over burned bland. A week ago they changed the coffee, but today I did not notice as did not try it out right away(

They don't allow dogs in even there's 100s of yellow jackets outside. And they still don't do pup cups on the app.

I stopped at the emerald hills location today and cannot pay enough compliments to the lovely ladies who were working around 10am.
They were so busy with lines in the drive in and in store, I placed a mobile order from the parking lot to save myself the wait inside.
When I entered the store it was packed and I'm the brief time I waited I witnessed several interactions between the forms working and a bit of a challenging customer. Throught every interaction they all remained professional, polite and kept smiling through it all. As someone who has worked in the sucks industry for over 30 years I was so impressed by their composure, professionalism and positive attitudes!
Well done ladies! Will definitely make this my new go to store!

Although all the staff consistently gives all their customers legendary experience, I would like to give a shout out to Emily, who gave me an ultra legendary experience if that even exists lol. It’s team members like her that create a powerful addicting brand to excel in this very competitive world when you can pick up a copy elsewhere for a fraction of the price perhaps but I keep on going to Starbucks because of the legendary experience that I get.

I come here for coffee some Fridays mornings with an individual I support. June is always friendly and remembers what our individual likes to drink. Today she struggled to remember what to order and June reminded her what she ordered last time. We need more June’s in our world.
