I stopped at the emerald hills location today and cannot pay enough compliments to the lovely ladies who were working around 10am.
They were so busy with lines in the drive in and in store, I placed a mobile order from the parking lot to save myself the wait inside.
When I entered the store it was packed and I'm the brief time I waited I witnessed several interactions between the forms working and a bit of a challenging customer. Throught every interaction...

Although all the staff consistently gives all their customers legendary experience, I would like to give a shout out to Emily, who gave me an ultra legendary experience if that even exists lol. It’s team members like her that create a powerful addicting brand to excel in this very competitive world when you can pick up a copy elsewhere for a fraction of the price perhaps but I keep on going to Starbucks because of the legendary experience that I get.
