So far my least favorite subway.
They skimp out on everything, next, veggies, sauce. My toasted sub was in for not even 10 seconds and was cold.
Staff was not friendly, beside saying hello when I walked in.

Went in for just a pizza sub everything was fine until he was putting the cheese on the sandwich he had put the first one on then drops the other onto the floor. He picks it up and went to go throw it on the sandwich I intervened before he could and told him that I didn’t want the one that was on the floor. He told me it would be extra charge to add extra cheese if I didn’t want that one which I thought was absurd but agreed because I didn’t want to start any conflict with a person who’s making my food. After toasted it he hands it to his other coworker who is rubbing her nose and sniffling(she also has no gloves) I ask her for only cucumbers and she adds a singular slice of cucumber. I asked for more please so she adds another 2. I had just told her that’s fine and that I was also going to get a drink and I won’t need my receipt, as she’s wrapping my sandwich in the paper she squished it down and tossed my bag at me. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any food chain.

I don't know the name of the guy working right this second, but he is a SUB ARTIST! excellent care making my simple masterpiece! He was also a customer service guru. Give that man a raise! He was working Tuesday, August 27, at 9:10am, if that helps! It's been years since I saw someone make a sub like him!

16-Aug-2024 at 5:40pm. I don't know if it's the location or the staff working that shift, but that was the worst subway experience I've had. I eat Subway often.

There was no one in front of me, but I waited what felt like forever for several online orders with no communication.

Once getting my sub, the meatballs in my sub were ice cold where they are normally hot. The bun was tough. Everything was put in it in a rush with no care. It was also a very bad wrap job with the sub wrapped upsidedown and was a complete mess opening it up.

I don't recommend this location. Very disappointed.

Tried to use your 30% off weekend offer on the app, does not work.
Subway has some other app offers, but there are no 'participating locations in my area'. (Edmonton/ Sherwood Park) .
Please fix your app offer issues. You are losing business sales!
