Their lettuce was ALL brown… I asked for a salade came up to the lettuce and the whole container was browned… I asked for new lettuce and the lady looked at me like I was stupid and said that all the lettuce they have looks like that…. Said she could get a new bag but even the new bags of lettuce all were brown… who thinks that’s normal?

HORRIBLE experience
Brown wilted lettuce, tomatoes were brown centers (staff were gonna leave them on my sandwich if I hadn't mentioned it) cucumbers were slimmy and old... mentioned to staff about the lettuce and she said there was nothing they can do about it.
I messaged headoffice and received a generic apology

Went here the other day with my family and boy oh boy has the quality and service gone down hill. Wasn’t Subways slogan “Eat Fresh”? After noticing their lettuce was turning brown and a few cucumbers were either moldy or frozen and the staff members yelling at my grandfather for pointing it out, I will no longer be supporting this location. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

Visited in the afternoon of July 1st with my family. The female sandwich artist wasn't very friendly, and seemed to hate dealing with customers. The male sandwich artist just laughed after noticing how annoyed she was with us. Also noticed they do not change their gloves in between handling/touching the sandwich they are making and non-food items such as handles for their storage/fridge, proofer and oven. Containers in the sandwich station were topped up with more vegetables instead of being used up completely and replaced with a fresh container of vegetables.
