I came in right at closing time and Noor helped me. Even though it was late, his customer service was truly posh and professional. Talking to him, I honestly forgot I was even at Subway. One of the best person I’ve met in this line of work.

Noor was the absolutely worst person I have encountered in customer service. We asked him if he can add hash brown in a sandwich ( which he has done before) his answer was no. I asked him why? To which he responded “because I DO NOT FEEL LIKE IT TODAY!!” No customer service skills. I have always loved this location but he has taken that away. So we left.

Clean your store. Filipino male worker was SO rude they had lettuce out that was brown I asked if he had newer lettuce he said “ no we don’t grow it in the back” I said excuse me? It was unbelievable and appalling. He shouldn’t have a job. So I paid for a sub without lettuce
