Wanted to place an order that the website say to call 4 hours before hand and no one is answering the phone.

The reviews are true. They are by far the cheapest with their toppings. They even cheap out on the lettuce! The worst I’ve ever experienced at a subway it was almost laughable. If they wonder why they get no business it’s because people aren’t stupid and can see this. Not a good long term strategy. Drive 5 min up the road and go to another subway.

Never write reviews but the subs I ordered off the app had barely any toppings despite ordering regular or extra amount of everything.
One side of one sub didn’t even have half of what I ordered. Ordered at 3pm also so it’s not like they should be out of anything.
Service during pickup was also terrible with annoyed looks from staff.
AVOID this location!

Race Pace

Meat portions and cheese portions are very small in foot long sandwiches, impossible to even taste it. Brought sandwiches home and added extra meats and veggies on our own. At the most subway should cost $3.50 per sandwich and not $13.47

Stopped by for some subs between games of a volleyball tournament. While I was waited for my sub to be made a fly decided to tour my bread. I asked for some new bread and the sandwich artist wasn’t impressed but got a new sub and put the fly travelled one back in the holding oven. Mmmmmmm. I hope the next customer enjoys it.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I wanted to check what previous reviews said after the experience that I just had there and was surprised to see many of the same experiences that I just had with being treated poorly.

I was ordering a 6 inch flatbread sub from a young man that I was thinking looked like he should be a model and was asking politely for extra bacon and extra cheese, and just that I wanted the cheese on the top and the bottom, not altogether, and certainly did not ask this in any sort of rude way, but he had this evil look come into his eyes, looked me dead in the eye and went completely still and said excuse me im doing it and I said OK but he kept going with how I needed to be quiet and be patient so I just walked out and the whole way walking out of that store he was muttering things at me. This was completely shocking!

Food poisoning. Chicken on sub was likely off. Was only able to eat a quarter of the sub when realized the strange taste was from the chicken. Veggies were always a gamble if would be fresh or not at this location, will definitely never go back now. Also on a side note - the one and only person on site had "Trainee" on name tag and was clearly struggling. Terrible owners who obviously do not maintain the subway standard or care about employees. Will be reporting this place to AHS.

Well i don't write reviews and don't expect much from fast food. But, this subway stood out for all the wrong reasons. The handful of Ham they plopped onto my sub had more meat on one half then the other. The vegetables were the same story, literally throwing them on the sub. It wasn't even busy. I took apar the sub when i got back to my office and rebuilt it. With that being said i will be going to different subways from now on. Ones that actually seem to care. Felt embarrassed for the employees, because they could really care less it seems

Bread wasn’t fully cooked. All the ingredients had refrigeration burn and looked old. Especially the tomatoes. The staff member put 5 little pieces of lettuce on my sandwich. I asked for more, 2x’s. She looked at me with attitude to the point where I wanted to just walk out on the sandwich. I asked for extra of every ingredient of everything after just to get normal amounts. I have been to this subway dozens of times and find it is one of the worst I’ve been to ever. Their ingredients always look old and have that mushy over refrigerated look to them. But this was the absolute worst ever. Drive the extra drive and go to the one by the mall, the extra drive will be worth it.

I never give a one in a review but I ordered a veggie bowl. I asked the 3 times for more veggies and still when I got home I added more.
The amount of dressing she gave me on the side was enough for a 6 inch sub. So I had to add my own dressing as well.

BE WARNED! This location will overcharge you to the MAX if you get extras. Ordered two subs instore and asked to double the meat on both subs as sometimes the standard serving just doesn't curb the hunger. While the server took time to set up both sandwiches I was perusing the veggies and noticed both salad selections were browning, one of the tomato bins was mush, and some of the other veggies were still frozen. This made the ingredient selection a tad challenging but we prevailed. When it came time to pay for the TWO footlong subs, meat doubled and two pops the bill was $70 dollars. I asked how in the world the subs could come to that price. I was showed the charges and turns out they had charged me 4 dollars extra PER COLD CUT. Not the standard $4 dollar charge for double meat, but $4 dollars PER TYPE OF MEAT on the sub. So that would be $4.00 for extra ham, $4.00 for extra salami, $4.00 for extra turkey, etc...The explanation was "We do not have a double meat option". I then asked what the price of the sub is by itself because it just doesn't math properly, which I never got an answer. I was being charged more than the price of the sub alone for double meat. We have had the double meat option several times at various locations/online and never been charged this much. The other server came over and re-worked the bill. In the end I paid $52 dollars for two subs and two pops, still thought this was a bit high but I didn't want to cause much more of a scene. When I got home I decided to place the same order at the same location online, the total came to $43. Needless to say I was overcharged and will not support this location because of that.

Worst subway location I’ve ever been to. Beyond cheap with portions. Rotten portions at that. Cookies tasted absolutely disgusting. Unlike any other subway cookies I’ve had. After ordering my meal I decided to order 2 cookies. I had $2.05 and the total was $2.10…… makes me pay debit.
