Ordered on app said restaurant was "OPEN" TODAY! Placed my order. Took my payment. Went to restaurant to pick up order. Restaurant is CLOSED! Nobody there. CAN NOT cancel this order! Customer service is CLOSED! No one is available to help. This is the WORST. But they had no problem taking my money. Restaurant should have changed hours on their app if they planned on not being open on the holiday. I have to wonder how many others will be screwed over by this app today! Very DISAPPOINTED!

Been this place so many times, they were good and friendly, but yesterday, I been waited at drive through for about 25mins, I ordered festive chicken and third rack combo, but no cranberry sauce, no stuffing, and no chocolate, so disappointed, that was second time they were missed something in my meal. I don’t know if I will go there again

Went to Swiss Chalet with a friend for dinner last night and our server Blake was amazing! He was so funny and personable. Best service I’ve had in a while. He went above and beyond for us. If you go into Swiss Chalet make sure to ask if Blake is working!

Have always went thru drive thru and ordered just an Angus Burger Patty. They have always just charged for the patty. Today I was told the manager doesn’t like that, and will be charging for full price for a burger.
