Ordered sour cream on the side, they not only loaded it on the taco itself, they charged me extra even though it was a part of the item on their menu. They forgot the hotsauce, and the wait for them to prep this was about double the wait that would be considered normal for fast food. Will not be going back

Taco time renovated the store, and they renovated the food.Not great success.Had a beef and cheese burrito, and the wife had 2 hard tacos.Worst taco time tacos I have had in 30 years, shrinkflation at its finest.Meat was terrible. Burrito was mostly dough and tasteless, next to no cheese and zero sauce.Hard shell tacos were inedible.Guess we are done with taco time. After 30 years, this will be the last visit to taco time.Well done, head office.You just made Taco Bell look good, not an easy task.

The food was ice cold and by the time we got home from a short drive we had to throw the entire order out. The chicken ranch burrito was mushy and tasted off. Definitely won't be going back things have definitely changed over the years and not in a good way.

Staff is always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Food is tasty, fresh and consistent. Their Mexi - Fries Deluxe and Churros (with a side of delicious caramel sauce for dipping) are my new favorites! So tasty!

Worst experience ever! Saw online for free burrito. Tried to order online, free burrito code doesn't work. Can not submit order online. When into store. They say I habe to buy something first. Which is not what the advertisement said! Cashier called boss, boss said I have to pay for something first. This place is garbage and I never will come here again
