It was a superb stay at four points accompanied by our Bank head restaurant experience. Our experience was made extra ordinary by the Guy supervisor Jee on duty who made us felt so welcomed and accommodate all our request with a great smile. Will surely back at this place again.

We arrived at Bank Head Restaurant and Lounge at 8:15 PM, well before their 9 PM closing time, only to be told that dine-in service was no longer available and that we could only order takeout. It was disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to enjoying a good steak in town. Given this experience, it’s clear that customer service isn’t a priority here. Perhaps business is doing well enough that they don’t feel the need to accommodate guests during their advertised hours. Based on this, I can understand why their rating sits at 3.9 stars. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Wow. Looks like a casual bar so I won’t give it a one for atmosphere. The food was the worst I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Awful! Uncooked chicken burger. I refused to pay for it and left. Never ever again! No one cared.

My family and I had a wonderful experience in this restaurant! Service by Server Alita was impeccable and food cooked by Chef Saran was just delicious! Thank you for creating a memorable dining experience for us!

What a great restaurant! The food was fantastic and had great portions! The deep fried pickles (not pictured as we ate them too quick lol) and cauliflower wings were both really tasty and then we both got the breaded chicken sandwich which was also really great! The side of Caesar salad was a good size and really good and the side of fries with the other meal was enormous! And our server was very friendly and provided great service! Would definitely come again ☺️

More of a pub style place but the food was good. The fish was flaky and the salad exceeded expectations. The service was great. Friendly staff that obviously care about what they do.

2 stars for being just along the line of doing just enough.
2 consecutive days of barely being acknowledged when walking in for breakfast.
The food is just bad if you consider what is charged. The bacon is see through it is so thin. The eggs are very small. The coffee is straight-up, poor quality.
$30 breakfast with tips should be much better.
The chefs do not care about much. The butter on my toast was a full tablespoon clump on top of toast that fell off when I pulled the toast apart.
The atmosphere is equal to an open hall.
Nothing presents well, the staff are kind enough but customer service is not a priority at all. I'm driving down the road for the last meal of my trip.

Pretty expensive for the service and atmosphere. The pizza looked good but I didn’t have any. My wife and friend said it was “decent.” My sandwich was less than enjoyable.

There is a proper steak house across the street that is a little more expensive but the quality of food, atmosphere and the service there make up for the extra expense.

We had steak, mashed potatoes and veggies and ordered a side of mushrooms and asparagus. The steak was unseasoned and bland, hard with gristle. The mushrooms were dry cooked and looked disgusting as well as tasted. The asparagus were water logged like they had been boiled instead of sautéed. We both liked the potatoes, I liked the veggies, my husband did not they had too much bite left to them. Price was too high for quality.
