There was a skip mix up with our order and The Koi rectified the situation immediately and sent our food to us via Uber. The Uber driver had spilt most of our food unfortunately (not the restaurants fault) and The Koi also rectified that situation immediately. The customer service is top tier and the food is phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and kind. Will continue to be our ramen go-to.
It is a very nice small restaurant that is tucked away. You can access it from wye road westbound or the Mazda lot on the west side. The atmosphere inside is very charming and the staff was very nice and inviting. The tempura, sushi roll, and Tonkotsu ramen were fantastic. Ask about the specials, they may have some off menu items that are really good, like the seared salmon nigiri! All the rolls are very fresh, we've tried the Koi Roll, Grasshopper Roll, and New England Rolls...
