We first were seated under a strong went and requested to move which was accommodated. Our server was amazing, explained menu and specials twice and helped us decide which dishes to order. The nachos were piled up like a tower, and tasted great. The chips brought back memories from Mexico. The food was great and portion sizes were perfect, leaving room for dessert. I was slightly underwhelmed with churros as I found them to be undercooked and quite dense. Maybe this was one off....
I met two friends for lunch at T.O.P. We loved the food, and drinks. Their Happy hour is from 11:00-5:00, so we had the happy tacos and enjoyed the coconut margaritas! We also shared the beer battered shrimp, which were absolutely delicious!!! Would highly recommend!! We sat there for over two hours visiting and enjoying the food and drinks. We will definitely be returning.
I always really enjoy La Patrona, so decided to give The Other Place a try. Food was ok, not as good as La Patrona. Ambience is the downfall to this restaurant. The flashing lights gave me a headache, and is was overall quite noisy for the size.
