Ordered a B.E.L.T on a regular bagel, and a sausage and egg on biscuit in the drive through. When I took out my food at home what I actually received was a cheese bagel, and some kind of a chicken sandwich. How in the hell do you screw up an order so badly.

I'm always a very understanding person when it comes to the service industry, I understand how difficult it is in a fast pace environment. However, I've been coming to this tim Hortons for a very long time and over the years it has gotten way worse. Unfortunately pretty much every time we order our breakfast they don't give us half our order and they will walk away without saying anything. They come back to the window asking why we are still here. This morning it happened once again, they didn't give me my London fog or my fruit explosion muffin. So when they finally came back to the window we said we were missing our drink and they closed the window before we could tell them we were missing my muffin. When they finally came back with the drink we let them know we were also missing my muffin and they seemed annoyed and didn't ask which muffin, I unfortunately found out later that they gave me the completely wrong muffin that I have food sensitivities to so I wasted money on something I can't eat. This was just one example of what happens when we go there. I'm very disappointed with their drive thru service.

I always go to this store every afternoon. there are alot of staff and are really quick and tahts a problem they are too quick. I have ordered a wrap multiple times in this store and i would always see them putting the wrap on the toaster and grilling it for 3 seconds NOT EVEN HOT!! wow unbelievable. Also the staff are ignorant and rude lkie common this one female staff is so RUDE to me like she handed my order on the pickup station and she just dropped it there. SHE DROPPED IT ON THE COUNTER. No thank you or anything or any words just teh order. they just care about business and not my happiness. It wasnt made with love. sometimes I go here at the afternoon and the guys that are working the ngiht shifs are just plain RUDE. 50% of the time they just get my order wrong no love for the customers really. common really man? if i would give this store 0 stars i would do it in a heartbeat. dont be sorry be better.

I ordered Simply Cheese pizza and the taste was great. Portioning of cheese was perfect. Was perfectly hot and price was reasonable. Overall was a great in Taste.
worked here for a year and when the management changed they basically did a clean on whoever didn’t fit their image…i would never ever step foot in here again because they treated their staff horribly in 2020

Asked for a bagel with cream cheese, I got the correct type if Bagel but with a tomato on it. Tomato and cream cheese do not sound the same and they charged me for cream cheese. The drive through screen was correct when I reviewed it. The Bagel was so dry it was gross.

this is my favourite tim horton's to go to! the staff are always so nice even when it's a rush and i like that they're so quick. i have never had a problem or wrong order here. keep up the good work guys!

Honestly don't understand why everyone seems to have issues at this location, I go here almost every day and the service is never really a problem. Unfortunately their drive through section is very short and backs onto the busy road if there's too many people so it's imperative they keep it moving at a steady pace but even then they are always as nice as possible when trying to speed people up. Food is always to standard, nothing spectacular but very rarely do I find any problems or missing items. Definitely one of my favorite locations, especially with how nice and cozy the inside atmosphere is.
Dietary restrictions: Always ask for at oat milk substitute for the ice capp and they always pull through! Very understanding staff.
