I went through the drive thru on September 22 shortly after noon. My order was 2 turkey bacon clubs, double toasted, no tomato. I watched the order screen to make sure my order was correct. When I got home & bit into my sandwich, there was no turkey. I checked the second one, and no turkey. So I called the store. I explained what happened and the manager told me that I didn’t order properly. She was combative, and refused to take any accountability. She offered to replace my sandwiches. But I had to waste more of my lunch driving back to have them replaced.

I again went through the drive thru. The attendant handed me the sandwiches without so much as a sorry. First to be told I’m ordered the wrong sandwich, then to not even get an apology. Tim Horton’s service has dropped so low that I don’t think the brand will ever recover.

When you come into this Tim’s the tables are always dirtying never wiped. And also staff should not be sitting at 2 separate tables when there is no place for a paying customer to sit.

I came into the restaurant and waited and waited. While I stood and waited the three team members speaking in their native tongue, it sounded like a bunch of seagulls fighting over a dead fish. I finally walked out. GOOD BYE TIM HORTONS HELLO McDonald’s.

I placed this order and it took me like 30 minutes to just receive the order I went there. There was no one on the upfront desk to ask me is the order is ready or not. I again have to come back to ask them again. There was no one I also said excuse me is there anyone to help no one came after that I tried to call them they said no we don’t have any online order of yours and After the wait of 40 minutes, I got my order and really disappointing day, Again they had put my order at the front table where anyone can pick that order up or even anyone can also put something suspicious in my order really disgusting Service. I felt really bad really bad experience. I didn’t expecting that experience from the Tim Hortons such a bad experience. They don’t know how to treat a customer. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE BANNED
