I was asking the lady who’s working in the front , ( look like her from African lady )about the different donuts and the price , she was really rude arrogant attitude, 😡😡😡, just like I am asking for free food , It’s really disappointed me , Could you please deal with customers politely, I hope the location manager will be notified this matter . Thank you for your rude attitude customer service .

One of the worst the Tim Hortons they gave me the wrong order when I went back trying to report the problem the manager he told me that I don’t have right to report any issue that’s not far I suggest to you stay way going this Tim Hortons
I used to love coming to this location would get the best customer service but ever since they reopen since they're renovation you don't even get spoken to in the drive through. The girl at the window has her nose in the air when you try to ask her a question she can't even reply to you or answer you. I've gone to this location three times a day for the past 4 years and I think I'm going to be making a change Cuba location that actually appreciates having customers come to their store. Better customer service means more customers will come

Ordered food through food delivery service provider, different platforms everytime, and receive the wrong food items (without compensation again) and also got asked to leave a Google review on the bag and I would have let it go except it's definitely not the first time and paying for something and not getting it, is getting old; no substitution or alternative was provided.

The rice in the veggie habanero wrap was very old I can hardly chew it and the lettuce in the wrap and and chicken sandwich was not fresh when I asked the front staff he was rude and said that that’s the fresh one. And I also asked for French vanilla half coffee but I can only taste coffee like there was no french vanilla in it.

This Tim Hortons location is, without a doubt, the cleanest one I’ve visited and I’ve driven all across Northern Alberta. The space has excellent natural light, a great layout, and a welcoming atmosphere. The team working here is fantastic professional, friendly, and clearly committed to keeping the store in top shape. Truly the best location I’ve seen.

It is a beautiful place to go to for a cup of coffee. Renovated and very clean compared with other places in Edmonton.
The single thing I do not give five stars is that it has no free Wi-Fi. I was really surprised to find out that they don't offer it.
