This is a sad excuse for whipped topping…if I’m paying 80 cents on top of what an iced Capp costs make it 80 cents worth!!!! Like what a waste of money!

Always a quick in and out service, friendly staff. The key board warriors say different. Its a fast food coffee and doughnut shop, not a high end restsurant. Ive had only had one mistake here in many years with coffee instead of tea, to error is human. Keep up the great service folks.

Usually I went to Tim Hortons because of fast service but I’ve been here many times and whenever I order something from app they say give us a moment and easily took 5-10 minutes again and today I am sitting in this tim again, I order just a small white hot chocolate and 10 minutes before arriving here and still they are taking so long just for a small hot chocolate. I am frustrated

We ordered a wrap ,a pizza ,donut and a coffee with a medium green tea. What did we get? We got two wraps two small coffee and medium coffee and they forgot the donut we had to do two refunds and still ended up with coffee instead of a green tea. Now we spent money on something we won’t even drink. We were very clear ordering and I don’t even know how they got this many things wrong. Don’t come here go to another one. If you come here you’re wasting your money.

Just bought 2 coffees, and you can easily tell they're really old and poorly brewed. They're bitter and not even hot enough.

I ordered just five mins before for ice coffeee without ice, the lady from philipino didnt take my order properly didnt try to listen and gave me water with ice. After again i came by drive through again given same order she took from me the watercup and gave me water without ice and holder the cup very rudely from me. Then i came again drive through and she gave me ice coffee and three times i repeated without ice and again gave me ice coffee with ice. And tried to explain me its ice coffee. And she took money from water cup as well as for ice coffee. Didnt even ask that to reimburse the money. Your manager need to fix her attitude and service as well. If something happened bad to her at her home or with any customer she cant do bad behaviour with any other customer.

You should not be pulling a customer to wait in the parking lot to wait for their order ESPECIALLY when there’s no other cars waiting in the drive-thru. Then make the customer wait 15 more minutes in the parking lot and then the employee claims they couldn’t find you in the parking lot while 5 other people receive service is absolutely atrocious service! Not ok, you’ve got to do better.

I love stopping at Tim Hortons at any location. I appreciate knowing that my coffee will be made the same no matter what location I visit.
One thing I have noticed at almost every location. When standing by the ordering station, if no one is at the station, no one acknowledges the customer's presence by saying "Hi, someone will be right with you". Several employees will pass by and not even look at you. Sometimes, the wait can be up to a minute before being acknowledged by staff. It is a small courtesy that goes a long way to the customer feeling "seen".
