This place can never the order rignt
.... 1 dzn no curlers and no sour cream glaze not to hard right?!?!?
Apparently it is because last 5 times I have gotten 2-3 in each box. I like to give businesses a few chances everyone has bad days or makes training mistakes but this is getting ridiculous

Went inside to order food on a Wednesday evening at 10:20pm and was told that they only served bagels and donuts at that time. I went home disappointed, but thought I’d order online from capilano Tim’s. I was surprised to find this location OPEN on door dash. When this location closes due to low/no business, let this post remind you why. Very disappointing.

Went in to get a sandwich around 10pm. Was told that they only serve donuts and bagels at this time. After looking on door dash it turns out I was just turned down service in person!
Is this a normal procedure for all staff at this location?
Very disappointed and honestly willing to make the drive out to Edmonton to actually get service.
Crazy how a small location that cuts corners like this is still open…

Be carful!!! Check the price they are attempting to charge on the debit machine! Almost $20 for a wrap and a coffee. Beware they will steal from you!

The food, well it's corporate garbage. However the staff I find the most expedient and accurate of any Tim's I go to. Always have been served with a smile, unless it's 6am but who's smiling than anyway. The employees are awesome. The only negative thing I have to say is needing to ring the bell to have the staff come to the counter from drive thru, I don't like having to treat people as dogs coming to a whistle.

I took my kids to pick up lunch at this location and received horrible customer service. The first female employee at the front counter started taking our order and then walked away halfway through and started preparing another food order. Another female employee walked up and asked if we were ready to order. I explained that we already started and she gave me attitude for commenting about her colleague walking away. After my son asked her what bread options there were for the sandwiches, she rolled her eyes at us. I called her out on it and she denied it. From here she asks a male employee to finish taking our order. The male employee was the only decent person behind the counter. It took 3 people to take our order and in the end, the food was awful. Stay away from this Tim Hortons, there are better locations out there.

If i could give 0 stars i would. horrible experience everytime. No one speaks english which lead to a messed up order everytime. I’ve never once gotten the correct food. Drive thru staff are always rushing even with no line and won’t let me finish my sentence. If you’re going to hire workers with poor english skills please don’t have them doing drive thru. My coffee cup is also never filled properly with about 1/4 still empty.

Since the ownership change in Tim Hortons they are decreasing quality and cutting corners at every angle.I honestly thought they put cat food in my chicken noodle soup. Was the change from real chicken seriously worth it?

By far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The rudest staff I've ever come accross, gross and cold food, stale donuts, slow service. Every table in the restaurant is dirty. 6 staff serving the drive thru, while anyone inside gets ignored. I could go on. 1 is too many stars. -10 stars is more accurate.
