I meet friends every Saturday at Tim's either the one in Sherwood park on cloverbar road. Or the one on vet trail love Tim Horton's coffees.

Went through drive this morning about an hour ago to get 4 sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns for my wife and I. When my wife starting eating the second she found a employees hair in the sandwiches.Tim Horton's needs to make sure their employees are using hair nets and fresh gloves for handling food. I may not get anything but coffee from now on

This location not only has terrible service, but they also NEVER have anything in stock. My partner and I have stopped at this location a few times. You can’t hear them talking when you go through the drive thru, and when you ask them to repeat themselves, they get rude and frustrated with you. They also have never had anything in stock when trying to order. I would definitely stay clear of this location. If you read a lot of the reviews, they are pretty unanimous in saying the same thing. Poor customer service, you never get the right food etc. the fact that there continuously seems to be the same complaints says that management just doesn’t care to try and correct the issue… which means hiring better staff and training them properly.

This location NEVER gets my order right! They do not listen or follow instructions. They rush and have no customer service skills at all. Avoid avoid avoid. Go to the next nearest location and save yourself a bad experience

I placed an order of 3 thing, soup, blt and hockey cards. Why was I handed and charged for a ice capp, then the refund I got after paying with card was in coins. Not even simple coins at that, random change. They were also out of bacon so I switched to a ham and cheddar, no problem. The problem though, why do I have to build my own sandwich? You guys literally grabbed a stack of like 6 peices of ham and slapped it on. Absolutely worst services and preparation of food I've ever seen.

This young man, i believe his name his jared. about 5'2 and a filipino. Goodness me, what a kind and helpful young man. I have been retired for 15 years and never have i ever been treated in a tim hortons like this. every afternoon in the sotrefront, this unbelieveable young kiddo, he would alwyas tell me stories about his day to day life of being ina society with asian oppresion. I truly feel the feels for this young man as i am a old asian guy. when i look at him, it reminds me of my golden childhood here in canada... ahh the good ol days. I order french vanilal everytime and i can tell that he makes it with love and care. give this young man a raise! a celebration! anyways awesome team awesome staff awesome service truuly love it.

Me and my family often come to this place, and the tables are ALWAYS dirty. And they always hide all of the napkins, and I have to ask for get some. This is pretty strange
I ordered green tea and to my big suprise discovered later on my tea bag was sitting in coffee instead of water . DISGUSTING!
I was traveling so couldn't return. Also had to wait for a while on server being on a break. Both women bathrooms were out of service due to cleaning but there was no one cleaning just light turned off and bathroom was in a good condition when I checked,,,, possibly to avoid later cleaning. It was 7pm only. It seems to me that good service these days is none existing.

Just stopped in for a hot chocolate. This location was new to me. Nice fresh layout with higher end decor and spacious layout. The service was courteous and quick as expected. All I have to do now is to be a little more tentative with the first sip, as I must admit, I was surprised by how hot, the hot chocolate really was. No damage done, just need to let things cool a little before that first taste.

Ordered a buffalo ranch, loaded raft, Wilty, lettuce, almost no sauce, the sauce I did have was all at the top and nothing throughout the rest of the wrap
