Great food busy location. Customers are always rude and disrespectful. I left my garbage and my coffee ordered something again. Wanna of the customers just took my garbage off and my coffee through away in the garbage. Didnt bother saying sorry. I just sit in at different table.

I order farmers wrap everyday at this location and it's always made right . Just enought chipotle sauce and you can tell the eggs are freshly made. Workers are very friendly and drive thru is always quick

Very bad customer service by Indian girl today August 26 2025 time around 12:38 pm I order a coffee with double chocolate brownie but she give me double chocolate donuts.When I was go back to change the order she was very rude and yelled on me .She change my order but her behaviour was very rude .There was no manager at the time but report this to the one of Tim Horton associate Katrina because I know her .She said she will report this to the Manager .

I generally find Tim Hortons’ service to be good, but at this Emerald Drive location, the drinks I ordered tasted off—almost like aluminum. While the staff were polite and the store was clean, the beverage quality really affected my experience.
The food and other aspects of the visit were fine, but I hope the drink preparation is reviewed, because that’s what made this visit disappointing.
