I need to give a HUGE shout out to Faye, the manager of the store. I ordered a mobile order on our drive home to Fort McMurray and accidentally placed the order at another location I didn’t have time to drive to. I was in a huge rush to get on the road and get home and Faye and her team so kindly made my order for me, taking it upon herself to reach out to the other store to facilitate this. THANK YOU FAYE! You went above and beyond, you’re an amazing manager.

I had a great experience using the drive-thru at Tim Hortons in Emerald Hills. The service was fast, smooth, and very well organized, even during a busy time. My order was taken correctly, and everything was prepared just the way I asked.
Special mention to Carina for her outstanding customer service! She was friendly, polite, and very professional, which made my visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys their work and treats customers with respect.
Overall, this location is reliable for quick service, good coffee, and a positive atmosphere. I will definitely keep coming back to this drive-thru. Highly recommended!

I went through the drive-thru had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I ordered 3 different types of sandwiches, and each one was made perfectly. I also requested that they mark the sandwiches, and they did that without any hesitation. The service was fast, accurate, and overall the customer service was excellent. Really appreciate the great start to my morning!
I stopped by specifically for the holiday Smile Cookie and was a bit disappointed to get a regular chocolate chip cookie with a smile on it instead of the actual festive holiday version. It was cute, but definitely not the colorful holiday cookie that’s being promoted. Not a huge deal, just a little misleading and a bit disappointing when you’re excited for something seasonal.
