Not only was the drive through closed do to snow removal understandable but neither self serve kiosk works at payment none of the staff wanted to mention that as I waste my time away and the line builds just to have to wait 10 minutes for a wrap because the incompetent staff cant remember to make it and have to ask me multiple times what I’m waiting for just for it to be this! Tim Hortons has gone to shit

Two or three days after a heavy snowstorm, the drive through lane was still very heavily rutted and very slippery. Cars and trucks were skidding sideways (our 4 wheel drive got briefly stuck).
There was no gravel or grit apparent. It is a ten minute job to throw some grit around!
When I voiced my concern, anagement seemed rather unconcerned, although they were obviously getting other complaints.
We won't be back, this is a safety issue.

The worker who helped me was fantastic. She was super helpful, and even though we had a mutual misunderstanding we worked it out with a bit of patience from us both. My ice cap and donut were delicious and standard quality for Tim's, the bathroom was also clean and maintained.

Asked for an everything bagel … 3x toasted with butter and herb & garlic cream cheese… payed the extra charge.. got a cold bagel with herb& garlic… why is it you pay for something and ppl cheat and steal from you… there used to be a saying “ whether you’re a burger flipper or a Dr be the best damn burger flipper you can be!” I’m just glad we don’t live in the US because ppl be shooting up places over small stuff like this…

We live close to here and the food has gotten so bad that will not be eating here any more. Examples: wrong orders, food not hot or made fresh and skimpy on ingredients. It does matter, whoever owns this should be made aware or fix the quality issue. Sure they pump people through but as there are new options around they will lose customers and should care about that.
Close to school and very convenient. Highly recommend. Rossette is amazing and does a great job

I like to get a really toasted bagel. I asked for it to be triple toasted to convey the fact that I actually want a crispy bagel. It was soft and barely cooked. The staff on the speaker were a bit snarky and didn't tell me my total. The gentleman at the window was curtious though and my beverage was hot.
