We live close to here and the food has gotten so bad that will not be eating here any more. Examples: wrong orders, food not hot or made fresh and skimpy on ingredients. It does matter, whoever owns this should be made aware or fix the quality issue. Sure they pump people through but as there are new options around they will lose customers and should care about that.

I like to get a really toasted bagel. I asked for it to be triple toasted to convey the fact that I actually want a crispy bagel. It was soft and barely cooked. The staff on the speaker were a bit snarky and didn't tell me my total. The gentleman at the window was curtious though and my beverage was hot.

These guys work very fast which is great. My only gripe is that they keep making the same mistake. I'm a celiac so I'll order breakfast sandwiches with no bread, and every time I do, these guys always make sure to have the cheese stuck to the box which cannot be peeled off. I've respectfully told them twice to not do that. Even told them over the phone. But they have yet to learn so now they get a public review.

I have been going here for about 10 years. After the pandemic started and all the illegals poured in around 2020, the quality of the job went down by 70%.
Every time I buy coffee/food, I now have a lottery where i have 1/4 chance they might make good coffee/food. Basically, it's almost like they are purposely committing theft.
If you see a VERY RARE white person working there, they will make the coffee/food good 👍

As for service it was fine. Your icecaps do not taste the same as other Tim’s. My icecap today had far to much cream in it, the straws that you give people is far to small you can not stir the icecap at all.Most Tim’s fill the large cup up to the rim not 3/4 way. I did ask for a Tim bit for my dog and I paid .33 cents for it were all the other Tim’s I go to and they give them for free. I am not upset at paying for it but it should be like all the other ones.
