We loved it therecwere 2 ladies that were so nice and sure brought smiles to us. Sure, I hope to stop by that tim. hortons again someday. We were from Edmonton
Standard Tim's good location.
Today morning when I ordered food the lady was screaming and gives me food full of oil
Tried their Supreme Stack, and it was awful. The texture of the meat tasted like plastic. I was too scared to eat anymore of it so I threw it away.

No bread on site, bagel yes , no soup mo Chile. Very welcoming hostess. She rules. 24 hr open actually the drive thru is , we walked. We stood at the drive thru window. We hope to eat tho. Ty .

I visited Tim Hortons 4 AM today and ordered a cold beverage through the drive-thru, adding a few customizations to my order. Unfortunately, after placing my order, I experienced some unprofessional behavior from one of the employees. As I reached the window to pick up my order, I overheard the employee using inappropriate language. When I asked for his name to report the incident, he refused to provide it, which was disappointing.
When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review on the customer service, he claimed that his comments were directed at his manager, not at me. However, this still felt unprofessional, especially in a customer-facing role. I believe all customers deserve respect and courtesy, no matter the situation. I hope management addresses this to ensure better service in the future.

Bathroom had remnants of drug paraphernalia, garbage on the floor and no paper towels. When I told the staff, they did nothing.

It's Tim's. You don't usually get what you asked for. They don't bag anything, so grubby money hand touch your packaging. I only go here if I have too.

We were traveling along Highway 16 and stopped at a Tim Hortons along the way. Bhavy, who took our order, was absolutely fantastic! Despite how busy the location was, He handled everything with a friendly smile and professionalism. He made sure our order was taken down perfectly and even offered some helpful suggestions when we were deciding what to get. Thanks for the lovely service!

I just order sausage biscuit and XL darkroast double double.when I came back to my work place to ate my food break I get the bacon biscuit and my coffee is not a darkroast it's regular coffee.then when I call the supervisor said replaced it..you wasting my time and gas just to replace my food.and besides my order is easy to understand and just 2 item.im very disappointed really and it's just a Monday timhortons people sk by the casino location.
