im just being super blunt i bought a rice bowl veggie paid extra for extra rice bowl was barely full when i questioned the asian lady did not anything then the oldest lady from the team apologized and helped. thats customer service if you dont want to work in food section dont. but atleast respect your customers we pay to get stuff nobody does charity not you not us.

We had such a lovely experience at this Tim’s! We were served by Verna who was SO friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the egg box to me(this was the first I’d heard of it) and even came up to me to do a quality check once I was a few bites in. Can confirm that it was delicious!

The communication system for your drive-thru is terrible, I cannot hear what your staff are saying only that they're talking so I just blurt out my order and hope for the best. In World War II Navy ships used a system of tubes to communicate with people on other decks. I'll bet that system was more functional than the electronic system you're using now.

yesterday this south asian baddie was serving me and she was so good at her job. like I was surprised that she wasn't a manager or something. she's so quick with the orders it's almost faster than the speed of light. my ice cap tasted heavenly that I forgot I was on earth. i've never in my life had a more wonderful experience at tim's than the day she served me. 5 stars.
