Great food! We tried the Cuban and the Pineapple Caprese Benedicts and the Pineapple Caprese was our absolute favorite. So, so good! The sauce and the sweet-and-salty combination were amazing.

We also ordered an omelette with spinach and cheese for our son, and he really liked it too. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

Service was great!

3 stars mostly for the service.

Not much of an ambience in there. Nice to see it is busy with a steady community/clientele.

Eggs bennies were not impressive. The hollandaise was a bit too runny and felt unseasoned for me. The bacon in it tasted old and left-over like.

Will return for 1 more chance...

The food was good but you can stand by the door a long time waiting to be seated. I had the mushroom soup and but and both were good. Very loud and hard to talk because your crammed so close to the next table you can hear every conversation. They need to talk a few tables out and spread it out more.

Review: Consistent Breakfast Experience, But Rising Costs Impact Future Visits

As a long-standing patron who has frequented here for breakfast over several years, I've developed a clear appreciation for its consistent offerings. This establishment has, for a significant period, been a reliable choice for a pleasant start to the day. However, a gradual shift in its pricing structure is prompting a reconsideration of my future visiting habits, despite its enduring strengths.

One of the most commendable aspects of this place is its exceptional service. The wait staff are invariably cheerful, attentive, and genuinely helpful, contributing significantly to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This consistent level of hospitality is a defining characteristic and something that truly enhances the dining experience, making patrons feel valued and comfortable.

Complementing the excellent service is the quality of the food. The breakfast menu, while perhaps not groundbreaking, is consistently well-executed. Dishes are prepared to a good standard, ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying. Whether opting for classic staples or daily specials, the kitchen maintains a commendable level of quality that has reliably met expectations on each visit.

However, a noticeable upward trend in pricing has begun to impact the overall value proposition. While the quality of food and service remains high, the cost of a typical breakfast meal has steadily increased to a point where it is becoming quite expensive, particularly when compared to similar establishments offering comparable quality. This escalation in price makes it increasingly challenging to justify the same frequency of visits I've maintained for years.

In conclusion, it continues to excel in delivering a pleasant dining experience through its outstanding service and reliable food quality. These elements have fostered a loyal customer base, myself included. Nevertheless, the recent and significant increase in prices is a crucial factor that cannot be overlooked. While I will undoubtedly return to enjoy the charming atmosphere and good food, these visits will inevitably be less frequent, likely reserved for occasional treats rather than regular weekend stops. Addressing the perceived value for money could be key to maintaining the high patronage it has enjoyed.

Love Toast restaurant for their loaded granola bowl, however in comparing the Windermere location vs Sherwood Park, the SP version was half the size for the same price. Still tasted good, but disappointing portion size. The SP version had no more than 4 tbsp of yogurt, if that and half the fruit. On a positive note, our server was exceptionally sweet and did a fantastic job!

Place looked filthy. One waitress on hand. Stood for 10 minutes without being seated or acknowledged and left.
