Worst accuracy ever. I order here probably three times a week and almost always something is wrong with my order. I really like baked potatoes and wraps but either one day sour cream is missing or the cheese that I order or the potato is raw or they dont have any. Doesn't matter what we order almost every time something is inaccurate between one of our orders. Its frustrating since we order so often but fed up so writing a review

Love wendys but this location needs to stop being so stingy and turn up the heat indoors. Was maybe 16 at most Had to put both my kids jackets on.

Got 3 burgers which came to 30$ and when I got home I was looking at the meat and it was completely raw. This is not the first time this has happened. By the time you get home is too late. I feel like the pictures dont do it justice. Never again buying from this wendys

The place was disgusting. Garbages overflowing, the self-serve area was filthy as well as the dining room tables. We waited 15-20 minutes for our order. I am sure that they forgot about us until I went and stood at the counter. The poutine was inedible and the burgers were cold. We should have gone to Dairy Queen across the street.

After several years away from Wendy's it's a good reminder as to why. The food remains in my opinion one of the worst fast food burgers in canada.

Place is gross, rarely cleaned and I got two burgers where they were half cooked. There's lots of staff but seems their biggest priority is drive thru so if your dining in don't be in a hurry or you'll be disappointed.
Food is sloppy put together. They've got my order wrong a few times and when I ask for ketchup and straws they rarely give them for the drive thru.

Weird funky smell near the fountain drink machine I don’t think anyone working here had any idea what’s actually going on

My partner and I had ordered roughly $45 worth of food. The cashier was not competent at her job. She kept interrupting me to repeat what I had just told her, and her tone was short. She seemed incapable of taking just a simple order that was given in a calm manner. The cashier forgot my frosty, and mistakenly gave my partner a large instead of a medium. We were too tired to care enough to drive back. The food itself was alright, except my partner’s cinnamon roll was as dry as sawdust. Team members seemed more concerned with chatting amongst themselves rather than training their employees proper customer service and quality control.
A common complaint I’m seeing from other reviews is that orders are CONSTANTLY missing items. I’ve worked similar jobs. It’s not hard to check your orders before you send them off. Spend less time chatting, more time doing your job properly. This dinner was supposed to make meal time easy after a very stressful day at work. Instead it was disappointing and frustrating, as I did not receive the one item I was most excited to have - my frosty. Do better Wendy’s.
