I wanted to have Wendy's but there was literally no one at the counter to serve me. An employee was enjoying their break it seemed in the dining area but ignored me standing at the counter waiting for service. Hard to believe these places can stay in business.

I don't like how they almost always forget things that belong with my meal. On the other hand, I love the rewards, and how they always giggle when I try to give them my coupons. Good food. Will always be a Wendy's girlie.

Miserable people who work here, a dead Wendy’s, with workers that don’t actually care about the place or you and I. Get these people out of here

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. They have terrible customer service, they are always out of something or unable to serve something for whatever reason. And they do not honour promotions that literally every other location does. If you can, go down the road to the baseline Wendy’s, you’ll get much better service all around.
Ordered a spicy chicken combo. They misheard me in the drive through which is fine but when I corrected them then tried to make me pay more because I wasted the food. When I refused because it’s not my fault they got the order wrong they let me pay the price for the regular sandwich but they asked if they could give me the wrong sandwich. I just wanted to spicy chicken sandwich, I didn’t think that was too much to ask but it apparently is for the staff at this Wendy’s. I would literally rather eat anywhere else.

Could hardly understand the person taking my order and clearly they couldn’t understand me either, or they were just to concerned with constantly interrupting me to ask if I wanted anything else. Order was wrong and had to go inside. Will not return.

We just went through the drive-thru with our family of five, and the service was honestly shocking. We said “one second please” because all of us were confirming our order, and within less than a minute the staff member asked four times if we were ready. Each time we said we just needed a moment, and her response was that we needed to hurry because they’re on a timer.
Then when we asked to change a 3-strip meal to a 6-strip, she told us she “couldn’t” because she had already pressed the button—something every fast-food restaurant can easily adjust before payment. Her tone was rude and dismissive, and she told us to “just come to the window” with attitude.
At that point, we cancelled the entire order. We’re not going to support a location that treats customers like an inconvenience. Really disappointing.

Doesn't accept coupons and wouldn't remove the item from the order.
Edit: They got my order wrong too. Overcharged me for the wrong food, and didn't provide a receipt so I cant even manually get rewards.
Every other Wendy's location is amazing.

One of my kids ordered a dave's single with cheese lettuce wrap only ketchup ( due to allergies), whoever made the order didn't pay attention to it, so they put all the ingredients, I asked to please re do it. What was my surprise???? They only tried to wipe the patty off leaving all the mayo/ mustard on it and put a new lettuce wrap on it. Went to tell them and the answer was like well is the time. Time for what that this place isn't busy so they can't make a new patty or the time for lazy employees to just re do things right. Tried to do the survey in the receipt but website doesn't work. So I will add a copy of my receipt!

This has to be the worst wendys I have ever attended. You cannot hear the worker on the speaker English is clearly an issue. They messed up my order multiple times.
I have tried ordering at this Wendy’s twice. On both occasions I have been completely unable to communicate with the person who was taking the order. I realize that people who work in fast food restaurants will often speak English as a second language, and I try to be patient with them. But the staff at this location, combined with the cheap microphone and speaker, make this place a definite “nope.”
