Charging people to have a bag for their take out food is ridiculous. Sort out your business model that includes those costs on your end. Stop passing the charges on to customers. I won’t support this chain any longer.

My partner brought home burgers for the family from Wendy’s on Wye Road in Sherwood Park after my son’s hockey game last night. He got me a chicken burger and fries. I opened the chicken burger to find this monstrosity. It looked like it had been under a heating element since the birth of Jesus. I couldn’t recognize the white substance that was hanging on to be something, it looked like a big washed out loogie. There was no lettuce or tomato. See the photo below. I had to throw it out because had I eaten it I wouldn’t be writing this this morning. I tried the fries thinking that might be their saving grace, and nope I got a mouthful of mold! I think they hate their customers.
No debit machine working Couldn’t order half of the stuff off there menu. Came back with cash and was the oldest crustiest breakfast sandwich we’ve ever had

if i could’ve gave negative stars i would have. As soon as you walked up to the till it smelt like public washroom. it stunk. i have trauma. and it was messy. there was chicken left on the chairs and hair was found inside the cup of my drink. also bad service. no one was helping and the workers kept walking away.

Extremely poor customer service, I waited at front cashier for someone to show up, totally got ignored not even acknowledging, this is the last time i came to this wendy’s location.

We went to Wendy’s because we like getting a baked potato with our meal instead of fries. Once again they were out of baked potatoes. Then we ordered a frosty and they were out of vanilla frosty. Settled for other things. Went to their nifty pick your pop flavour machine, they did not have any vanilla flavour for their specialty drinks. The cinnamon bun pull apart was hard like a biscuit and had a freezer burned taste. So that’s why a 3 star for food.
The restaurant was clean.
Staff was fine. It’s hard to rate them fairly because I was sad by not getting the food I came for.
I highly recommend this Wendy's location due to the consistently excellent service provided by the staff. They are efficient, ensuring that my orders are always accurate and prepared quickly. Additionally, the ample parking space makes it convenient to visit, and I appreciate the cleanliness of the restrooms. Overall, this Wendy's stands out for its exceptional customer experience.
Service was incredibly slow. Think they went to the farm to get the chicken, and potatoes.

Went through the drive through this morning for breakfast with the whole family. There was no one in the drive through ahead or behind us. We asked for 4 English muffin breakfast sandwiches a sausage wrap and an order of wedges. They even repeated it back to us. They told us it would be 6-7 mins, which is fair since it’s a lot of sandwiches. When we pulled over to wait there was 2 other vehicles waiting for their food also. After over 10 mins of waiting they handed us our bag and it was full of breakfast wraps. Entirely wrong order. My husband went inside, clearly defeating the purpose of a quick drive through trip and they told him there was nothing they could do because they have changed over the menu to lunch…in the 10 mins we were sitting there…directly after our order was just made.This is not my first visit to get their consistently cold, unappetizing food, but certainly my last.

Favorites are subjective, but I do find - out of all places that fall in the fast food/drive up window class - this is one of my favs regarding burgers. They do tend to be more on the homemade beef patty side of things than others. Good for a treat from time to time.
