Wishes Bake Shop

This is hands down the best coffee and bakery spot in Sherwood Park. The owner is truly wonderful, and every experience here feels welcoming. We’ve ordered several custom cakes, and each one has been absolutely perfect—beautifully made and delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more. 🤍

Went in for a cinnamon bun, which was unreal by the way, and was greeted by the most friendly staff whose service made my day with an unnecessary complimentary gesture. I was having a rough day way was immediately turned around by the caring service at Wishes. Will be a frequent customer!

I had a very disappointing experience with Wishes Bakeshop. When I reached out, wanting a cake. I was immediately told they were “too busy” without even asking when I needed my order for. They didn’t try to discuss options, work out a plan, or let me know when I could contact them again. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer, I would have appreciated at least a conversation about availability instead of being shut out with no explanation.

I ordered a raspberry vanilla cake for my daughters first birthday party from Adriana, and it was hands down one of the best cakes we’ve ever had! The vanilla sponge was soft, moist, and full of flavor, and the raspberry filling added the perfect touch of tartness. It was beautifully decorated and tasted even better than it looked – everyone at the party was raving about it!
What made the experience even more special was Adriana herself. She is incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She even gave me so many cupcakes to taste beforehand, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. You can truly tell she puts her heart into every bake.
If you’re looking for a cake that’s both stunning and delicious – and want to work with someone who truly cares – I highly recommend Adriana. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Stopped at Wishes Bake Shop for some to-go cupcakes. The staff member was helpful in describing the ingredients lists and types of cupcakes. Variety too was awesome and lots to choose from (and I went at the end of the day). Great location. Cupcakes stayed fresh for a long time. Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying Wishes. I wanted to get something yummy for my boyfriend’s birthday and Wishes did not disappoint . The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. My boyfriend and I agree that this was the best cupcake we have had in a very long time. The lemon flavour was amazing, we can’t wait to go back and try more. You guys are amazing and my new favourite

I attended a bridal shower this weekend and the cake....omg the cake was amazing. It was way bigger than the MOB thought she ordered. But she was beautifully surprised how gorgeous it looked and then when you tasted it, omg delicious. One person attending said that it was the best cake they had ever had. Adriana did an amazing job I cant say enough about her work. Will keep them in mind for any events we have. 😋 You should too! Just sayin'
