Called them because I had a couple questions before ordering online, absolutely no help was provided! The guy on the phone was so uninterested, his answer to my question was, "I am vegetarian, I don't eat anything here so I don't know. Why and how the flick did this person get hired!? Absolutely ridiculous!

Stopped here for a bite after a meeting. Had fond memories of the Wok Box that used to be a little further west. Service was super friendly. Good came out in the expected amount of time. However, the food was less than optimal. A ordered the Sweet Mongolian with shrimp as a combo. The noodles came out in a clump and were very hard to separate and mix with the rest of the bowl. The spring rolls were a bit mushy and not very flavourful. I found our order to be expensive for the quality delivered. Not a place I would visit again or recommend.

The food looked fine but the beef was super chewy there it was cold and the cheese curds weren't even melted was so much sweet sauce and hardly any gravy on the Tokyo something or other poutine the wor wonton soup was really bad too the wontons were mushy and honestly tasted like soggy wet cheese pierogies and there was hardly any shrimp in it and it had a really weird Taste of the entire thing definitely not the War Wonton soup that it should have been

Ordered a wor won ton soup and came with 4 mushy wontons and a few small shrimp for around 15 bucks. I told them it was terrible and he ordered me another of.the same and it was the same as the first order .
Nobody came out to see if It was OK. And there was nobody in the restaurant. Very disappointing.

This is the best Wok Box I’ve ever been to across Canada, due to the patience and care that the staff put into each meal. Everything is made hot, fresh, and exactly how you asked for it to be done. My order is an old dish that used to be on the menu over a decade ago, and it was made beautifully. I can’t believe *Chirag Patel* (I believe the owner of this location) remembered what Almond Chicken was and I was ecstatic. It’s no longer listed on the menu and I get it made with extra sauce, but give it a try if you ever visit Chirag’s store. It’s actually the breaded chicken rice box made with their Singapore Cashew sauce! I’ve taken a picture also of the lemon glazed tempura battered chicken and rice box. Both were outstanding. Thank you, Chirag, for your amazing customer service and taking such pride in your work.
