Came to get coffee and had a hard time not buying their pottery local crafts items! Reasonably priced at 5-15$ on the lower end. Mugs for 15-35$ and other local artisans crafts available too.Enjoyed the seating choices! The atmosphere was lovely. Tasteful waiting bench where you order. Plenty of ordering options, clear easy to read menu.I love the effort put into the seasonal decorating. Had breakfast with my 11 months baby here. First time visited Slave lake. The food and coffee was definitely delicious that we even takeaway some pies and cakes to have it at the hotel.A little bit down part was the espresso machine was down so couldn’t try what we wanted but only the brew coffee.The service was pretty disappointing though. I’ve gotten Tara at FIX to make so many cakes/goodies for me in the past, so of course I had to have her make my Vow Renewal Cake! I asked what she suggests for flavour and she suggested vanilla with fresh berries and vanilla cream. I’ll say, it did not disappoint! Hands down the best cake we’ve ever had! There wasn’t a piece leftover! 100/10 recommend! ❤️
