Ordered a beef bacon poutine and all we got is french fries on sauce

Ordered a grilled chicken burger without sauce and lettuce but with tomato Repeated with the Tomato 5 times . I did not want a drink but was ordering the combo again said with fries. The burger was all that came out without tomato so my husband asked them for French fries that were part of the combo which was served . Then we were charged for small fries and a drink that were supposed to have been with the combo . The chicken burger did not impress it had so much seasoning salt on it that it couldn't be eaten will not return and then to have the added charge of the French fries and drink when it was thrleir mistake!

Look.. I'm a simple guy who works way too much, and after a 15 hour day on the road, I like my burgers simple
Today my order was wrong. I go back in and ask them to fix it, be friendly, day thanks, and leave. I go home
Sadly they weren't remade. I wasn't even given new buns. They just removed the offending addition and slapped it back together. Sadly, flavours just don't go away that easily
Waste of money and time.

All I can say is WOW! I have lived in Spruce for 15 years and never been here until today. Well I can say I am kicking myself in the BUTT! absolutely 10/10 for service and food! The burgers here are amazing and the fried chicken burgers are not even greasy. The batter is light and soooo good. If u havent ATE here yet 100% recommend that u do! Nothing but good things to say!

Popped in for lunch as we were passing through strictly based off GF reviews - happy to report our celiac 5 year old was obsessed and enjoyed his meal without any cross contaminations! Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Stopped for lunch and had 2 kids cheeseburger meals and the classic and the bacon boss with poutine. The burgers were filling and hot, the poutine was huge with a ton of gravy and cheese curds. VD was super easy to talk to for the order and he let the kids have some post Halloween candy. Thanks for such a great experience VD!!

Our meals were delicious and served in a very timely manner, enjoyed the quiet clean atmosphere and V.D. Was very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend Boardwalk Spruce Grove for a great meal!!
