“Just wanted to thank the staff at the KFC in Spruce Grove. Joshua especially for serving us tonight with a great big smile and an amazing friendly attitude. Keep up the great work and thank you for the smile and wonderful service. You don’t know how infectious a smile can be and how you can change a person’s mood or day by just smiling at them for a misly second.
