I had a drive-through order on May 12, 2020, at this location in Spruce Grove and I have to tell you it was the most undesirable KFC Chicken I have ever put in my mouth... It was overcooked, dry and resembled sawdust. I tried to make the manager aware of the disappointing food and she was very rude and suggested, maybe I should have phoned in sooner. This had to be the most disgusting order of chicken I've ever received. The chicken was so over cooked the batter wouldn't even stick to the chicken, and salty, omg I couldn't even eat it. The fries were obviously previously cooked and then refried when I ordered, cause they were soggy, all stuck together and cold when I got home - So gross. So 50$ meal went in the garbage! Never again
