horrible service at westwind drive. do no order food from here. was told by a supervisor that she will not jeopardize her staff health by remaking our meal. even though the food was made incorrectly. horrible horrible horrible service and manners from this store. they even spit in our food.
Honestly it's hit or miss at this location, but after going to the drive thru for my mobile pick up order. I got home, and my cheeseburger deluxe had no patty on it, they made it right and remade my entire order at a later date! Really can't complain
Loved the way Victoria was so patient with us while we were deciding the order and also with recommendations and allergies the food was top notch too👍🏻

The McDonald's in this location offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for families or late-night cravings. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, though there have been occasional issues with order accuracy. Despite minor delays or mistakes, the team remains calm and helpful, making for a mostly positive experience. Customers appreciate the friendly service, especially those who handle takeout orders and assist with apps. The food is standard fast food, but the focus on fresh ingredients and well-balanced preparation sets this location apart. Overall, this McDonald's is a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
