Today my friend and I went in for lunch. We waited approximately 10 minutes just for our server to come take our drinks. It was a simple order. It was water and coffee and I'd ask for a picture of water.. She asked if the person having coffee needed sugar or cream and they told her cream. When she returned she brought back a cup of coffee and a glass of water and I asked her if I could please have a picture and she said sure I don't have three hands and she acted dejected. I never complaining or something. I just went so she didn't return and she didn't bring the gentleman's creamer. So I asked another waitress if she could get her waitress to help us and she's she offered to help us and I said that's fine. She went and got my picture water and the gentleman's creamer for his coffee which by then was cold. Then our initial waitress did not return to bring the water. Did not return to bring the cream. Did not serve us our food. Another lady served us our food up and I asked the lady if our waitress had not intended to return to our table and she had said she wasn't certain. I said that's fine. That suits us. It wasn't until we were almost done eating that. Our original waitress came back and asked if we needed anything. My impression already had been made and my partners as well and he told her no. Thank you. When we went to go pay our bill we asked to speak to the young lady that actually did serve our table and was pleasant to take our bill to pay it. She told us that she would have to take it to the other waitress whose table it belonged to. I said that's fine. The change remaining off of that was like a dollar something and I said that's fine because that's what she deserves. I told the younger surfer that I called her over intentionally because I considered her service was pleasant and helpful and I tipped her $10 which was a little less than 50% of the bill. We all have bad days but when you can't be asked to bring a picture of water without getting snippy with someone when it's unprovoked and the request was made pleasantly don't expect tips . Now on to the food the food was overcooked and cold and dry. It was two pizzas. I feel that it was probably left underneath a heat lamp for too long and not expedited. As soon as it was ready I feel it sat there. It wasn't enjoyable and that's a real pity because Boston pizza's got great pizza. I'm not sure what's happening at this particular restaurant but it's just not the quality it used to be. Certainly not Boston pizza standard

Our server was great tonight! She was very attentive and helpful & was the only decent employee there. Everyone else looked absolutely miserable! Like come on it’s Friday night! Had a mishap with my meal & had to send it back twice! (Under cooked, doughy)
None of which was the servers fault.
What was most bothersome to me was when she told the manager right in front of me and he had zero lack of regards or concern for the food that HIS employees are dishing out! Not one word or apology heck not even an explanation or reassurance that he’d look into it?! So! If you and your family want to enjoy prompt friendly service and quality food then I suggest doing it elsewhere. He does not care about his customers or reputation running this place! The semi bald guy speed walking around looking clueless is just as pathetic. Bias! They pick and choose who to give proper service to. People in this town really need to up their expectations and standards. Over paying for lousy food is absurd.

It was great until I was served a sour dip with my apps..took awhile for waitress to come back but seemed short staffed and busy. I dont blame servers for food made but eating rotten tasting dip on your first bites is yucky..nd lasagna noodles for my mom was half dried crispy not the greatest for price we paid for 2 adults 2 children. I did ask our waitress to let manager know before I paid bill..he did give discount for the issues and I just gave waitress good tip..all in all usually good but small towns only have so many places to dine in..
Got to watch oilers at least nd eat so not bad in the end.

first time stopping through for a bite to eat and the food was disappointing. Portions for the amount of food I ordered was upsetting after being on the road for a couple of hours.

We ordered takeout and it shows. Complete lack of care with the food. We got part of a cheesecake missing a crust and gently nibbled prior to delivery.

execellent service.
A staple of every small community in Canada. It is a very standard affair. You know what you're getting.
I tried going one night, but it was unexpectedly closed. The other night I attended and had quite good service.

NY Striploin used to not be a super thin steak lol. Been years since I came here. But was like a fast fry streak. Asked me how I wanted it, rare, but when it’s that thin you only get well done 😝 food was still hot and quick.
Service was great, was greeted by everyone.

BP's is usually a last resort spot. The service is usually not great. Often forgot about while servers chat amongst themselves. I got a sante fe salad and little did I know, nearly every single ingredient is previously frozen. Do you wanna guess how I know that? Because my salad came out and all the peppers, onions, chicken, cheese and whatever else, was all frozen and just tossed into a bowl. Couldn't even be bothered to throw it on the grill and pretend to cook it. Then they told me it was because their coolers were down and they had everything in bowls on ice. Umm what?
And then there's the nachos.... We're they good? Yes, actually. However, when you get the nachos (a large serving) there's a very small amount of salsa and sour cream.... So when you inevitably need more, that's a $6 upcharge. Crooks. Absolute crooks.
Will I be back? Yeah, probably. Theres not much for choices in St Paul. I'll stick to drinks.

Sorry to the franchise owners however I believe Boston pizza represents nearly everything wrong with this country and I vow to consistently give every Boston pizza a 1 star review. This great hatred can be rooted back to a horrendous event that scarred me as a child as a result of boston pizzas food. I was 11 years old when on a frigid February my novice hockey team ventured to a hockey tournament in Beaumont. Our first night we arrived at the hotel and stayed overnight in a super 8 with a water slide as we had games all day Saturday starting at 8am. We lost every game that day and hoped that we could drown our young sorrows in chicken fingers, burgers, wings and pizza all from Boston pizza. We ate and shared laughs here unbeknownst to the horror we would later face as a consequence of Boston pizza. Upon returning to the hotel our team decided we wanted to partake in some water slide activities. Multiple teammates grew sick as the night went on. One was so sick he actually defecated while sliding down the slide at this super 8. This was not the worst part of this story however. With lacking supervision at this hotel water slide we formed trains. Our sick teammate was at the front of the train when this occurred scaring 6 little souls for the rest of their lives including mine
Dietary restrictions: Might defecate yourself if you eat hot wings

We have been avoiding Boston Pizzas lately, because the quality had really gone downhill, BUT ST PAUL BOSTON PIZZA was great today! Both the Boston Lasagna and Spaghetti and meat sauce baked with cheese was really good. The noodles were cooked just right, and there was enough sauce on both, so it wasn’t dry. The pizza was also baked to perfection and it also tasted great. Our Waitress was kinda, courteous and efficient.
Thank You St Paul Boston Pizza for a Great Meal!!!

Terrible service. Didn't get seated right away. Also didn't get served. Once we got to our table, NO ONE came to serve us, we had to wait and wait till we had to say something.
