“The adult buffet is over 20 dollars so most people spend over this amount. The kids buffet is $15.95. I recommend ordering off the menu it's hot & fresh and made to order. The building is old and needs a ton of work but if you can overlook that the food is tasty. I like the lemon jumbo shrimp and they are gf which is nice. As well the beef and broccoli and wor won ton is pretty tasty as well.”

“I went to go buy me and my children some ice cream and the lovely young lady (I believe her name is Vanessa) helped my children decide what kind of ice cream they should get, I’m really thankful for her for putting up with my children, because they were in a bad mood, but she handled it like a professional”

“Really impressed with the customer service. The cactus cut potatoes definitely take the top of the podium, however the last few times I’ve had them they had a very crispy texture, whereas they used to be made with both a crisp and some softness on the inside.

Since I’d been craving these and hadn’t been getting the same texture the last few times, I mentioned they were overcooked. Was informed that this is how they are made now.
Despite this, a new order has made.

I was looking forward to taking some home for later but had a mishap with the leftovers. My fault at that, but they went out of their way to have me go home with left overs.

I am very much impressed; it’s hard to find customers service this good!

Thank you very much.”

“Bacon /egg mcmuffin, hash browns (to go), hard to screw that up. . . And yet!
The order brd did NOT in fact place the order!!
After waiting 20min, i asked how much longer, they then scrambled to place the order.
I should have recieved a Free drink, pie, extra hash brown, or mcmuffin. But no!”

The profession of Tim's corporately will always leave something to be desired food and beverage wise of course but this Tim's is doing the best with he changes they face”
