When I use to work there I worked with some awesome people the food was always amazing and learnt some new skills and techniques from the cooks
In 10 years visiting Smitties, I have only had one Server ever rude. this was a few tears ago.
Food is always good, portions like everyplace have gotten smaller with shrink flation, but that's every where.
Managers have always gone out of their way to ensure any complaints are dealt with and or provide compensation.
It is a fast service restaurant and as per the current economics, you get what you paid for.

Smitty's Restaurant & Lounge offers a wonderful dining experience with delicious and plentiful food. The service is good, and food is prepared quickly. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, very roomy and comfortable. Customers find the place average, but it does the job. They offer a variety of entertainment options such as pool, board games, and slot machines. It's a great spot for both food and leisure activities.
