Went in to place an order as the drive-thru line was very long, and only one lane was open (I imagine it was due to the time, approx. 10pm).Unfortunately, my daughter had to use the bathroom, and it was not clean (tissue on the floors, dirty floors, the smell of urine was pungent). Workers getting the order actually right is the most challenge this particular store has. All too many times our order gets screwed up somehow on food & drinks. Attention to detail & caring about your job is likely what management is challenged to find in employees now unfortunately.

Such a sweet lady who works here didn't catch her name but I order 2 happy meals and one quarter pounder meal and they forgot to give My one son his happy meal toy which was no big deal as I told him just to go ask for it and just before we were leaving the wonderful lady gave both my boys a free ice-cream for forgetting his happy meal to such wonder ful customer service keep it up!:)
